Super Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can reach out to lots of people at the same time with a cookie cuter email sequence that will follow up for you. This eliminates the risk of forgetting about a prospective company that could have been a buyer. I also like how you can put in all of the contacts that you are working with and track all of your interactions with them. This prevents reaching out to someone/a company that you have already tried in the past. HubSpot also offers an awesome learning center that gives fool-proof tutorials on how to use the website to your advantage and how to get the most out of all the features that It has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like is how it takes a little bit to learn everything super well. The videos are awesome if you kind of have an idea of what you're doing. But you can eventually figure everything out and how to navigate the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im saving so much time by using the sequencing feature that HubSpot offers. I am also making sure not to reach out to someone I have already reached out to which is nice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to watch the videos on how to use/do everything on the website so that you can get the most out of what the website has to offer. Make sure to utilize the sequencing, and look at the data it collects.
An integrated sales and marketing tool to increase leads for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a marketing background, I definitely enjoyed the Marketing tools the most. The design abilities with the Email tool, as well as the landing pages, allowed for us to extend our branding to HubSpot owned-sites. I also really enjoyed the customizations allowed with properties. This allowed me to be very targeted and creative with things like workflows and list building.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionalities seemed to limit our sales team, who had troubles with reporting back on things like average time to close sales, activities, and value of customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to integrate a lot of our systems with HubSpot. The APIs have allowed us to tie together our CRM with Quickbooks as well as our proprietary backend system to avoid double entry for our sales and account team.
Excellent Sales CRM, Easy to Use and Works!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use pop-ups, the automated sequences and of course the deal pipeline. Helps keep our sales team on track. I love the chat function, we never miss a lead even when we're not open!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a lighter version of Marketing so we can get off MailChimp. $200 is a bit to bite off given the number of contacts vs MC's forever free plan at 2000 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipeline, lead assignments are all easier to manage. Same with follow ups and reminders. We also get leads directly on our website with chat.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the Sales Starter and build from there. Make sure you're using everything available to you; templates, snippets, documents, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
The experience we have had with HubSpot CRM was perfect and necessary for us to adapt to the automated process it offers us, in order to simplify the sales process and to establish the communication that we had needed to have with customers. What I like the most about HubSpot CRM is that it offers me the ability to communicate very quickly with my clients, and it also offers me a variety of forms of communication, whether by videoconference, call, chat or mail. I hope that HubSpot CRM always offers me this variety when it comes to communicating with each of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One factor that I do not like at all about HubSpot CRM is its application for mobile phones, since it is very limited at a certain point, it provides me with an application interface which does not allow me to respond to the requests of my clients, I simply It allows to visualize the progress of a sale and to know if the client had any response. I would like you to allow me to respond to clients, since this way I would do it without needing to be inside my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the HubSpot CRM platform and the functions it has provided me, I have had at hand a sales system that has really helped the exponential growth of my company and the financing of it. I hope that HubSpot CRM is always present, contributing its grain of sand to be able to benefit sales and communication and interaction with customers.
Hubspot is a great concept, but not as user friendly as other services that I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I think Hubspot is great in the sense that it syncs contacts and email networking quickly, and I also like the blog feature as well. I receive email notifications linked to my work gmail account whenever an internal email throughout the company is sent. I think the service is great in hindsight, I just need to learn more of the features so that I can utilize the process as effectively as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Hubspot needs to make their service much more user accessible/friendly. The marketing department of the company I am working for often struggles with fully grasping and utilizing all of the features Hubspot has to offer because of a lack of understanding. We are hoping that within the next few months, we will become better acquainted with the tools and services available through Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't quite understand how to use it. The benefits seem like they are leaning towards the connection side, but I also feel as though it's not simply laid out.
A CRM for Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience in the HubSpot CRM is second to none. Easy to implement into our client's workflows, easy to get new reps up to speed, built to close deals. What is not to like?
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot was built as an affordable marketing automation software for SMB. They have grown, they have evolved, and today HubSpot offers best-in-class CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CMS, and many other great tools that you can run with right "out of the box". With that being said, HubSpot is still growing and evolving, and their CRM capabilities are not quite comparable to a CRM like SalesForce yet. They solve for this with the integration between the two; this allows our revenue operations team to solve for our clients who require more complex and custom CRM needs, and reps can still work out of HubSpot CRM in the day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM allows for clear visibility into your sales team pipeline, and more efficient management of opps/deals. Standalone CRM is free, but the HubSpot software suite is built to scale with your company and you can pull in additional features as your business needs become more complex.
I'm an all around newby when it comes to HubSpot and the world of sales & marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of the HubSpot CRM is not the actual CRM. The lessons and articles that are provided are extremely helpful to someone who is just starting, or even someone with CRM experience. If you don't know something, it is easy to find the answer. Making you more successful. The Contacts & Companies pages are well laid out. Giving you the most pertinent information in one glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are in a position that requires using all of the various parts of HubSpot it can be a little confusing to figure out what is where. A more direct way of getting to HubSpot Academy would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although our company had HubSpot a couple years ago, it was not really implemented till about 5 months ago. We are working to get our contacts list organized and set up a system for our sales team for good work flow and follow ups to help them work "smarter not harder".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth what you are willing to put in to it. To be the most successful, do the courses, learn the system. It might be a little heavy lifting on the front end, but if you commit to fully implementing it, it will benefit you in the end.
Most efficient CRM tool for inbound marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a CRM tool for marketing business and it provide is many opportunities for automate our business. It integrated well with social media applications which allows us to introduce our product in front of online people. We can easily get customers and convert product feature as requirements of them. We can track customer easily and communicate with them for further step of deals. It installs easily in our systems and mobile version is also available which gives us freedom to work from anywhere or from any smart device.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is an online application so all of its features requires strong bandwidth of internet for work perfectly. Reports and fields are not well organized in this CRM tool. Small bugs occurred while start working with this tool and some of it features are bit tough for new user. Price of purchasing license is bit expensive rather than other CRM tools of market. Mobile version does not perform well and don't have all the features as well as on PC version.

HubSpot is most trending tool for our business of marketing and it gave us many reliable features for work. This CRM tool is mostly use for customer relation management and easily provide us customer for deals. Integration with social media is great and provide us opportunity to automate our business to high level. Customer tracking is one of the best feature of this marketing tool because it keeps us connected with customer and we can easily communicate for further information

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that schedules inquiries over the weekend and we are off from work on the weekend and it will show it as late .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it keeps me organize with my tasks. The only problem I am having is scheduling the calls for the time that we are off.
Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use when it comes to navigating and entering in new clients. The mobile app is easy to use as well and as I am always on the go, it makes it so much easier to manager my clients, meetings and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times in which I get 10 min into a new business addition and it logs me out and I lose all my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use with the APP allows me to work on the go as I am an outside sales rep. I also am able to track emails through Gmail and HubSpot which makes client interaction way easier.
