Game changing CRM and marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
Having used a LOT of CRMS over the last 15 years or so and tried to cobble together marketing automation from a number of different solutions with limited success, HubSopt has been a breath of fresh air. Easy to use, outstanding support and a tightly integrated set of tools that has quite literally been a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service support module is still no match for dedicated solutions like HelpScout and Zendesk but at their own admission it is the weakest and newest of their 'hubs'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have one integrated platform that gives us visibility of the entire customer journey and makes it easier to create great content and share it with the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Imports were easily accomplished. Initial support was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is an extra charge. They nickel and dime you each time you turn around. More contacts this month, they move you automatically to the next tier of pricing. Of course if the number of contacts goes down, the tier still stays at the higher plan. Each thing I wanted to do on the platform was an extra charge.

HubSpot has a philosophy and they force their customers to into compliance with their sales model.
Unless you can afford the enterprise version and also don't mind your own vendor treating you with disdain, don't waste your time or money. They have no respect for their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No benefits. Just frustration, wasted time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look elsewhere. There are great CRM products available out there that are cheaper and are more robust.

What do you like best about the product?
A good application the subject of the mails makes a very detailed follow-up that allows us to follow up and we are in evaluation to acquire the pro version of it
What do you dislike about the product?
It works well, but it would be nice if from this application you could attach files in the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent helps me a lot to organize my tasks, meetings with my clients, my weekly calendar, also a follow up of my work regarding calls, mail, messages! what super recommend

Great, functional CRM with fun features

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of hubspot is the email sequencing. You can set up a fully automated and personalized email sequence for leads that starts off with one email and sends emails depending on whether or not the recipient has responded. This is a huge benefit and something my previous CRM did not have making it very time consuming to reach out to leads with emails. I love how it is hands off so I can focus on the people who are responding rather than continue to reach out to people who are not even reading or responding to my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that hubspot did have a separate interface for just lead outreach. On previous CRMs I have used there was a place to reach out to leads and then another place that would allow me to reach out to people who had taken a step to move forward through our admissions process (in our case it was submitting an application). With hubspot every person who comes through can't be separated in this way and it just makes things a little less organized. It isn't a huge concern, but a feature that would make things much more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me reach out to a lot of leads very easily. During my day, I don't want to spend much time reaching out to people who aren't engaging with me, so I love how hubspot allows that to be more hands off which gives me maybe even 1-2 hours extra/day to respond to leads who are texting or emailing me back.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one platform to manage contacts, send emails, track engagement and score to effectively monitor which prospects to spend your time with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor technology inefficiencies (you can monitor where people open sales emails, but you can't see where they opened marketing emails).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of prospecting, out-bounding, and getting more 'at bats' with prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Very straight forward to use, smart technology that works for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something minor but it is frustrating when searching for a contact in the search bar, it is not super clever. Ie if you make one small error it will show you a dozen other (seemingly) irrelevant options but not the contact youre looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email campaigns are phenomenal and EASY. It's Amazing.
We reach so many more people by enabling marketing campaigns that are targeted based on sales cycle, previous contact, and even area.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is organized and easy to use. Great analytics and contacts database helps you visualize progress and keep contacts organized. They also offer certification courses along with your use of the software that can help train your team to get everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about HubSpot. They offer a wide variety of uses and seem to be effective at all of them. Have new hires take the courses for added training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us see our progress and where we're lacking. Contacts are easy to organize and I've taken multiple certification courses.

Hubspot's great for companies at all stages of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool with dashboards which will manage our projects and it gives the full visibility of company revenue. it has the support of integration with other commonly used products as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much to say. But user interface improvements would be good. sometimes we have to scroll horizontally to see the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it give the full visibility of the client engagement and company revenue generating tasks. can add important meetings and tasks. it basically manages every sale till the end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
fully recommended specially for startup companies which allows to manage small teams related tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize Hubspot to manage all of my contacts, track all of my communications and keep me on point by setting up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the alerts is not intuitive. Often my email gets clogged with information that isn't important to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking contacts, deals, deal stages and follow-up tasks. It is the source for me to schedule my day and remain productive during downtimes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the workflows as much as possible. It has automated a bunch of tasks that would be time consuming otherwise.

Have Used HubSpot for 7+ Years in Various Roles

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place - analytics, email, workflow automation, contact database, social media tools and more. I've used HubSpot for a long time and highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing to note is that HubSpot can be glitchy. We use Outlook and it can be pretty difficult to format an email to appear the same on every screen and email platform. The great thing about HubSpot is that with any issue, their team is quick to respond and resolve.

HubSpot is pricey (for good reason) but they charge based on the amount of contact in your database. Working for a recruiting company, we receive many candidates (daily), so we continually have to scrub the CRM. Comes with the job, just the small dislike I have about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to improve our search engine optimization and organic traffic results. HubSpot offers a "cheat sheet" that allows you to see if each page is fully optimized. It will point out where items may be missing, like an alt tag on a photo or a page meta description. Seeing the optimization recommendations has been very beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customization of the tool and the level of support provided by HubSpot outweighs any other CRM I've worked in.
