Automation - Exactly how you want it.
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows.
Workflows within HubSpot are absolutely fantastic... Once you've got your head around how to create them,(it can be tricky to cover all matter of events) workflows will essentially do all the heavy lifting for you. Myself and the team I work with have created lots and lots of workflows. The more workflows you create will definitely impact how much work you do (or don't) have to put in yourself. If you're new to using HubSpot for sales, I'd really recommend getting some training using the workflows feature.
This also crosses over into marketing too... If your team is frequently emailing contacts, you can initiate several workflows that can take control of the prospect/client journey - triggering multiple emails based upon intent such as clicks and opens. Essentially if you create the content, you can reuse this content in a lifecycle thanks to the help of HubSpot workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have no issues with the Sales side of HubSpot, but I hear the marketing side could do with more in depth pop-up creation. They currently use Privy, which i know integrates with HubSpot, however it may be worthwhile improving the popup function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data. Tracking data through each deal stage, never losing contact with a piece of data. Previously we have had contacts drop out of our stages not because they weren't interested, but because of the poor tracking that previous software was capable of.

As I mention in this review, please ensure you embark on training for workflows, they are absolutely essential.
For inbound sales Hubspot is my favorite CRM so far, after trying Salesforce, Sugar, and Pipedrive
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspects are the smart sequences, I like the ability to see and compare different sequences open rate, snippets, and Learning Hubspot School with Certificates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it for outreach, cannot import contact or info from LinkedIn which is very frustrating, a simple recommendation would be to have an add-on on google to import Linkedin profiles. Secondly, as a startup, HS had a few technical issues that made the software not available, which was frustrating at times. Last recommendations: I would like to have the ability to create ques by filtering all the different types of properties rather than the only designated columns, and ability to have sequences that vary slightly depending on properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to become more efficient, do more touches in less time and deliver relevant information to the client/prospect. Also, trying to qualify/disqualify as quickly as possible to differentiate good from bad leads and allocate my time wisely. At the end of the day, the main focus is improving the overall sale cycle to increase sales.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the sequence. It is my first time to experience that and it really is a time saver. I like hubspot crm because it is very user friendly. I also like task management especially the queing part as it also saves time and allow you to know what to finish first or the nearest deadline that should be done first.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I do not notice any unlikable features because everything is very organized and easy to learn. It is very useful especially in sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it helped me monitor my leads and my sales, it help me be on track since it has detailed deals with amount that I can see what I need to follow up and push through. It helps you for manage your task very well as it has a due date for each task you make.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To all that are looking for hubspot, I would highly recommend this as it is very organized , it saves time, it helps you out monitoring all the details of the contacts and sales leads. It is the best as it is very easy to use and understand how it works. It help you finish tasks on time because it determines the deadline of each task so it allows you to know which comes first or which can be done at a later time. It also gave you opportunity to sit back and relax as you follow all your schedules events and task.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of this CRM is simplicity. Everything is easy to find and use. Also the there are a lot of adjustments you can make through settings. All information is very compact and easy to work with. This system really improves your companies daily task completion speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i didn't like was applications use on Android system. Problem occurred when I was rotating screen from vertical to horizontal the proportions of tabs were not similar and it was hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot CRM so that we would always know which deal is in which status and when and who has done something with it. It is excelent that I can get to Hubspot CRM through multiple devices -phone ,pc ,tablet.

Use the settings to make it more comfortable as well feel free to contact support center as it is very professional and will always help you to find best solution for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can send tracked e-mails. In this way I can see who opens the e-mail and when, all centralised per company and per contact. I use Hubspot for cold calling and cold e-mailing. It's very easy to use: you can schedule task to follow up on your prospects, create deals, make segments,... In this way you can make reports for your sales manager. In terms of e-mail marketing the sequences make it very easy to create different e-mail threads. Very helpfull when you are A/B testing. You can see per sequence what the reply rate is, the open rate,...
What do you dislike about the product?
The report builder was in the beginning very complex in use. But hubspot has a learning center where you can see tutorials. So after a few tries and seeing the tutorial the report builder has no secrets for me anymore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To proactively follow up on your prospects and manage your sales pipeline. And very easy to use as a team!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful integrations of the CRM is the knowledge base and training courses available for HubSpot users. Many other platforms do not have the amount of training materials needed to fully understand the CRM and to keep up with all of the new features and updates. HubSpot really excels on this front!
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though there is a lot of training information in the knowledge bases, there isn't as much organization as I'd like to see. I've found many duplicates (too similar of) courses in the training and would like to see a more streamlined approach to this in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is very transparent through the CRM, so it's very easy to solve problems from/for different teams using HubSpot. This makes problem-solving much easier, instead of having to access multiple software stacks, etc.

Compared to similar CRMS, HubSpot is an overall better platform, that's easier to use, less clunky and more integrated features for all teams.

Being able to filter/engage different types of potential customers, in the same central hub, while keeping them in their own categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support could be faster. Usually by the time im answered about an issue, ive already fixed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the filter functions extensively, enabling a better connection with our marketing leads and prospects. The sales funnel panels also brings all the relevant information we need about our sales operation.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and has enough features to meet the challenges faced by many of our clients. There are plenty of official learning resources to help anyone navigate and understand all aspects of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is quite basic and only covers high-level information, particularly for social media platforms. The file manager UI is lackluster, which makes organizing and cleaning up files a chore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to help clients generate, engage with and manage leads. We also use HubSpot features to help generate site traffic and increase online visibility for our clients.
Having all the features required to solve these challenges in a central location, with shared data, is a significant benefit.

Know how to onboard clients into the platform and have a plan, in advance, for how you will fully utilize the features on your plan.
Great for social without the frills
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar feature when I'm planning social through Hubspot. That way, I have an overhead view of what's going out when, and I can hover over a post to see a preview. I also like that the email templates are easy to use and manipulate for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there's little thought given to Instagram and that there's a bit of a learning curve when using the product. I also don't like that the provided templates aren't as "sexy" as the templates commonly seen in programs like MailChimp

It's a hefty tool with so many use cases. There will definitely be some time needed to learn the product, as it can do so many things, and pressing the wrong button can send an email out to thousands of people (whoops), but if you want clear insight into your marketing and lead gen with the added usability of incorporating social, Hubspot is really where it's at.

What do you like best about the product?
everything. I use the marketing side of Hubspot and the CRM side. we just implemented the hubspot crm into our company about 3 weeks ago. It rocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some customization features I wish were more developed, like the ability to customize the quote out of HubSpot crm. I also wish some of the inbox features were a little more developed for connection to tickets. I would also like some more development with the quoting system and the connection to accounting programs like Sage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many. Loss of data, completing buyer journeys, tracking buyers from content to purchase. Sharing information. Routing customer inquiries. Reporting to managers. Time saving.

Do it. You will not regret it. The team is awesome the support is awesome. Whether you go with a hubspot partner for implementation or the hubspot onboarding team - you will not be disappointed. It can seem overwhelming at times because Hubspot is such a large tool, but take it a bit at a time and it will more than pay for itself in rewards.
