"Hubspot is the most vigorous and flexible CRM around"

What do you like best about the product?
I adore the capacity to make and screen giving an account of different types of substance, for example, messages, points of arrival and structures, notwithstanding the mechanization potential outcomes and plentiful approaches to find out about contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
A portion of the association could be better executed for an improved UX. I would likewise love to see a superior rearrangement of picture records. At long last, the email layout manufacturer and editorial manager is very barebones and now and then finicky - I'd love to see a few upgrades made to this, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to draw in, achieve, support and hold leads. I've by and by adored the productivity it acquires the domain of email advertising. We've had the capacity to both get and convert a more prominent measure of leads, notwithstanding support those skillfully and successfully. Thusly, we've created extra income and advanced client maintenance.

Tracking made easy

What do you like best about the product?
As a small team, I often have trouble keeping track of leads. With Hubspot CRM I'm able to keep track of the different stages for my leads and keep them engaged better than before!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality can be tricky at first. Finding audiences/clients wasn't super intuitive and the different categories can be difficult to manage as well. I wish things were a little more clear in the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of the lifecycle of incoming leads has become a huge need for me and my business. I noticed I was getting a lot of leads but was losing track of follow-ups and the reasons why they went cold. By better tracking where they were in their life stage, I was able to change the way I approached leads.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The interface is very modern and good looking (important, when you use a tool often)
2. The interface is simple (less time on finding features you need)
3. Many other small convenient tools to improve lead nurturing (like HubSpot's plugin for GMail)
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is not yet famous, there is a lack of integrations, especially on the non-English markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and nurturing leads in our funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the most important aspect of CRM - ability to integrate it in your business, so, while you consider the CRM, you have to make sure it will be easy to integrate with other apps you use.

Difficult to get used to but worth the price

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is free, and there is plenty of help when you need it
What do you dislike about the product?
There is difficulty in actually getting into the CRM itself. I have used and continue to use outlook Business Contact Manager as my main CRM, but started using Hubspot for access on the go. The setup process was complicated but lots of help when I needed it. The importation of my contacts was smooth and easy. The problem I am having is actually getting to my contacts. There is a lot of confusion getting to my contacts and with a little more use, I’m sure I will get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to my contacts at any point while at home or on the road. I really haven’t found a benefit yet because I haven’t used it enough yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think its a great software, there is a major email campaign once you sign up and you do get bombarded with emails, some that help and others that do not. I don't mind it because most are useful to me specifically. It's a great contact platform but very difficult to wrap your head around the way its implemented.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organizational aspects, and it keeps my leads organized, so I understand what is going on. Also, I really like the deals part, because I can see how deals have progressed, it allows my managers to know how leads are coming along, and what our objectives are. I believe it's a wonderful tool for a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for HubSpot to allow me to send campaigns to multiple users at once. Also, I would love that the reminders are smart. So if I add "follow up" for a client, but the client emails me first, that the reminder is put on silent. This is just me, but it would be good to have that option. Also, I would like to have the reminders be a bit more information full. Have a draft of the client, so I can remember, instad of copying the email manually and checking the email of the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to keep my leads organized, and understanding what I have done and what I need to do. The benefits are that I always know what my leads are at, what I spoke to them about and what they need, so that we are all on the same page. It also allows my manager to know what I am up to, make sure I don't contact two clients more than once. I can also keep up with clients for months if they are a slow lead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important that you do the Hubspot Course so that you know how to use it. It should be a bit more intuitive, but it's easy to get the hang of, and it really helps you keep everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create and monitor reporting on various forms of content such as emails, landing pages and forms, in addition to the automation possibilities and ample ways to learn about contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the organization could be better executed for an improved UX. I would also love to see a better reorganization of image files. Finally, the email template builder and editor is quite barebones and sometimes finicky - I'd love to see some improvements made to this, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to attract, attain, nurture and retain leads. I've personally loved the efficiency it brings in the realm of email marketing. We've been able to both bring in and convert a greater amount of leads, in addition to nurture those skillfully and effectively. In turn, we've generated additional revenue and optimized customer retention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product, and integrates well with other platforms such as Salesforce.

Hubspot is not great for sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like that campaign features of it. But, it’s more for marketing material. I don’t like their features for the sales industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both the chat feature, as well as the campaign/sequence features. Sometimes it won’t recognize that you’ve already been in contact with a person, and it will still send them automated emails. There’s no explanation for this, as sometimes it does and sometimes it chooses not to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to chat with customers who come onto our site. However, we’ve had issues with the sound not being on randomly. Sometimes it makes a sound to alert you that someone has written in, and sometimes it chooses not to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re using it for marketing, it’s probably a great tool. However, if your company doesn’t care about GDPR or doesn’t need to be compliant, I would recommend other software for sales.

Cons and Pros with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a beautiful tool to work in. Catching costumers that have visited your page, gives us as sellers leverage when calling. I have been in sales for 9 years and only done coldcalling. So this way of selling is real appriciated. The company I work in has won alot of costumers with this tecnique. The hubspot courses help you get a deeper innerstanding of how to approach the costumers. Sequences is a real helpful tool aswell - Costumers usually dont bother answering if you only send one mail, having a second and third mail going out automaticly saves me alot of time. And time is money!
What do you dislike about the product?
The costumer support is always happy and kind, but can take days or months to get a response. Also they really dont sort your issues out either. They have complicated procedures to help. I sent them a video of what was wrong, and still they wanted me to record the video with another program. I didn´t bother caring, this process is to ineffective.
Most of our issues is solved by internal people and noone of our employees sees the support of hubspot positive.
When i write a text in a task et just resets and erase what i write. So I have to do et all over again, takes time.
However it is only me in our company that experience this specific bug. I gave up on your customer service like we often do and I hope the problem will dissapear with the new version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automaticly sent emails, Easy to see a timeline of your deals and have control where in the pipeline the costumers are, Courses for deeper innerstanding,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for creating warmer leads or following up your current costumers. If you dont need support or help from hubspot costumer service and got your own IT dudes I would highly recommend this tool for all businesses.

HubSpot has changed the way I work as a marketer!

What do you like best about the product?
Love how user-friendly the interface is. I've worked with other CRM tools such as Marketo that are not as easy to understand and are overall super clunky. I really like that all tools are laid out based on discipline as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything I truly dislike about this tool. Sometimes there are bugs, but HubSpot works hard to keep their tool sharp and always running well. If I had to say there's a drawback, I would say that it's in the number of videos you have to watch for certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working to improve client ROI through the use of the HubSpot CRM and tools such as Marketing and Sales Pro. This allows us to achieve their business goals quickly while also providing a way for them to manage their customer relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's best for smaller companies, but quickly working its way into enterprise-level use. Make sure you review all of the content they provide.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use! I like that it integrates with my email and calendar. I can stay updated on any activity with a company or contact by looking at the company log. Sequences are great timesavers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When contact emails that send properly from my email client are bouncing in HubSpot. With the new company/contact profile pages, I wish there was a way to send emails while on a call without having to switch pop-ups because it loses the notes I was taking.

The CRM helps us stay in frequent communication with our partners. It helps streamline communication within our team.
