REAL REVIEW OF THE NIGHTMARE THAT IS HUBSPOT
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, nothing, nothing nothing nothing
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is clearly not built with sales professionals in mind, couple this with the absolutely terrible customer service provided by Hubspot and you can see where this is going.
- Customer/company pages do not provide the information you need quickly.
- Lack of ability to pull email addresses for mail merges.
- The constant battle with Hub spot when it wants to associate contacts that share an email address to one company account, WHEN THEY WORK FOR DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OF THE SAME COMPANY! YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW ANNOYING IT IS WHEN YOU PROSPECT BUSINESSES AND THE CONTACTS MOVE TO ONE ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF STAYING ASSOCIATED TO THE COMPANY YOU PROSPECTED THEM FOR

Hubspot changed the way we work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and efficient. It allows a better productivity and a better track of the sales so we do not miss anything and have a better follow-up on our clients. Trainings are great. The support team is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar in contacts/deals/companies does not search into all of the properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now centralize the information so we have access to everything in only few clics. Reporting is much more easier and faster. All of the sales reps are on the same page and it increases professionnal relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It definitely makes your life easier on a daily bases. If you have doubts, start with the free Hubspot then you will quickly understand the power of this tool!
Very nice and intuitive CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and logic is very simple and intuitive. Support and knowledge base are very well organised and responsive. Easy to use and customise. Some integrations with external tools is super useful (ie - Slack, Gmail etc...)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the tool is limited in the flexibility it can give, there's a lot of customisation that can be done, but eventually it's limited and not everything is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for inbound leads, marketing emails and client feedback is also done with Hubspot. The simplicity for the user enables our company to get everyone involved in the CRM and not only the sales.
Great product, low cost to implement, need to invest time to customize reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
Very low barrier to entry to purchase the product and get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was advised to NOT start the "onboarding consulting" until after we had all gotten our training videos completed and contacts imported. The initial consulting only lasted a month or so, and the first half of that was spent getting our data imported into Hubspot. I would have gotten a lot more out of it if I had waited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboards are great for holding people accountable to their prospecting activity and sales quotas.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch the Hubspot training videos prior to starting your consulting/onboarding. That way you can spend the time talking about reporting and more in depth items as opposed to the basics.
Best CRM I've worked with!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot allows my company to combine our marketing and sales efforts into one easy place. The software makes it so easy to track changes, create workflows, and relay information to our team and our customers in an extremely streamlined way! I have used many other types of CRM and HubSpot puts them all to shame. The custom dashboards and ability to view so many different reports and activity make my job so much easier. I also love the trainings offered to help us create better content and utilize the software to the full extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the software has so many capabilities it is hard to know where to get started. Luckily HubSpot Onboarding does help minimize the overwhelmed feeling - but there's a lot to choose from when picking where to begin!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of viewing reports makes it simple to see where we can make adjustments or create automations/workflows to improve our business. We have also seen how we can adjust our content to ensure our marketing and sales are aligned to improve the business.

Don't wait - the staff is so helpful that it makes switching to a new software so easy! And they'll talk you through how to get started. There are tons of resources available from HubSpot - they are the experts about CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
so easy to use - The training process was easy and very efficient. We were able to get a small group up and running very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
its not as easy to add new contacts as Id like and reporting can be a challenge at times especially because we are all so new to the platform. the help desk has been great

we can now see all activity with a contact as a firm which is so helpful
HubSpot CRM is the most comprehensive and easy to use tool of it's kind I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the HubSpot CRM because it's designed to make my job easier, everything I need to do flows really smoothly and it is all available for me in one spot, plus it offers me additional tools and features that I never even knew existed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one and only thing I would like to see added is a comprehensive ticket desk or service tab for my engineering team and clients to work directly off of that simultaneously links with my sales funnel and marketing dashboard but I know that there is a beta available, so I can't wait to try it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that the HubSpot CRM addresses better than the rest is time management efficiency and integration of additional features. It make all aspects of the sales process really easy and allows me to get more actual selling done every day.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service. The people of Hubspot are extremely pleasant and strive to make sure your needs are fulfilled, within reason. As well, the community is fun and encourages growth and education.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the fact they are still a smaller company shows sometime in their development and how they handle certain aspects of their product. There are definitely places where Hubspot as a product can improve, but at the end of the day, what product couldn't? As well, they do not seem to have data cleanliness standards at all for users - they don't even have a formatting rule for phone numbers for instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving lead processing and certain parts of marketing outreach. The benefits are that it is 1/5 or less the cost of an equivalent Salesforce implementation for a company my size, and we get everything we need - but basically no customization/configuration capabilities. That is not a bad thing par-se, but it occasionally makes tasks difficult.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! They do free trials of the software. It is super easy to use, so just jump right in. If you are still having trouble, there are lots of tutorial videos for free on their site and youtube.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how helpful and transparent the system and company are. I have worked at Oracle and SAP based companies and always had the hardest time finding documentation that could actually help me accomplish what I set out. HubSpot not only provides tons of resources to help with the system, the academy is much appreciated, but if I cannot find it I know I can enter a question on a forum or even call and get help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used SharePoint for a long time and grew accustom to some of the features in it and end up looking for them in HubSpot. The only ones that I miss are time stamps with the user who modified and a trash can. I can often see that something happened but no bread crumbs are left and no one fesses up so we just lost that info. Would love for the ability to restore deleted items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our sales teams to align and learn from each other. I think they are also slowly realizing that if they build it out in full, a campaign, it does a lot of work for them and can be reusable. There is a learning curve but you make it easy with the certifications, so it really is up to the individual to decide how good of a user they are going to be. It's all there for them they just have to use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to do the learning tracks and certifications, you will learn so much about the software and pick up inbound and tips and tricks along the way. They make it very digestible and give you a transcript, all you have to do is listen attentively.
Solid CRM with limitless possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CRM is easy to configure for a wide variety of company models and industries, and makes it possible to organize, coordinate, and track business growth efforts based on the people you serve. The wider HubSpot platform then utilizes this information in a ton of helpful and creative ways to automate marketing, forecast revenue, track ROI, etc. making it an indispensable aspect of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the CRM itself is free, you can't truly unlock its potential without purchasing another part of the HubSpot Growth Stack, which can be pricy for smaller companies. If your implementation and adoption goes well, it's almost certainly worth it, but it can be hard to get such a flexible and configurable platform up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency, my company works with other companies to leverage HubSpot for business growth. The CRM is almost always an integral part of our efforts because it allows us to track our efforts and improve month-over-month, as well as streamlining email marketing campaigns, social media management, lead generation and nurturing, sales forecasting, and much, much more. The ability to prove our value through revenue that is linked directly to our work is invaluable, and it makes everyone happier overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with an agency to implement the HubSpot CRM. They know the ins and outs of the platform, and will be able to configure it to your specific use case, whether you think it's basic or too complex to understand. There will be something they can do to make your life easier, and therefore make your implementation more successful.
