Capture signature and payment in one workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Before Cacheflow, our RevOps tools were patched together, leading to a manual quoting and billing process. We were specifically looking for a tool that captured signature and payment in one workflow, which we found in Cacheflow. Now we close deals faster, with a fraction of the work required to manage our subscription revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cacheflow is an early stage company and the tool lacks a few features we currently need. Their team has incorporated our feedback in the roadmap and is quickly addressing gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cacheflow allows us to send proposals and capture signature and payment in one workflow. This has eliminated manual work and provides a better customer experience.

Simple tech stack + Fast deal close

What do you like best about the product?
Cacheflow has drastically simplified our process and tech stack.

Before Cacheflow, we had a manual process for document version control before each quote was even sent to a prospect. Now Cacheflow makes it easy for our sales reps to manage a higher volume of deals, with accurate pricing and documents to be delivered every time
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time- team works well with ours via QBRs etc- to add to their roadmap any features we may need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Consolidating too many tools -> One tool
2. Manual approval of quotes, not tracked -> Approvals in the same tool
3. Consolidation of the correct legal documentation signed as MSA/DPA, guaranteed
4. Visibility into customer movement, being able to see if our customers are looking at a proposal we sent out to predict likelihood of them signing
