A confusing mix of scripting and unfortunate GUI
What do you like best about the product?
Not much. We already own it and have put work loads into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears to have a very small market share. It's nearly impossible to google how to do anything with jittterbit. There are very few resources available to pull from. Hardly any forum postings or tutorials exist referring to jitterbit. The Local studio vs cloud console is disjointed and some features only exist in either platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've put production workloads integrating multiple different areas of technology onto the jitterbit platform
User friendly

Our companies partnership with Jitterbit has been nothing less than awesome, they have scaled our operations in ways we did not see possible without an interface such as the product they offer us. We have been in collaboration for about a year now and not only is the product they offer amazing, but the service and well knowledgable staffing has made our automation journey seemless and stress free.

Integrate data to Salesforce
My Experience with Jitterbit
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting apps. It's an easy way to send data to Salesforce without using a lot of SF's old or complex syncing tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's gotten much better, but there was a time when creating and using the operations was a headache because sometimes the mapping would break, errors would be really hard to decifer, and it took a crazy amount of time for large projects. But it's gotten faster, the mapper seems easier, and things are better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to connecting my SQL Server data directly to the objects I want in UA or Production Salesforce orgs, which is great.
It saves me from having to write an application, consume some API from SF and send and validate that my data has been sent to SF. All of that is handled through Jitterbit, and it makes it really easy to have control of data on both sides of the sync.
The functions available, the ability to create modules and organize projects is really helpful too

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Private agents should be used only if you really need them. If you can just stay with cloud based integrations, that is better.
2. There are a lot of options. You have to understand the trade-offs in picking the way you want to integrate with different systems.

It's a little hard to troubleshoot, as an analyst it can get tricky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a n Epicor analyst it did not benefit me personally, but I can see why people would use it
It's user friendly and professional
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can test your scripts, and then proceed to your projects and it saves time and energy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while testing scripts, it shows errors even if the formula is correct, and if you go out of the project and re-open it it will not show an error, And sometimes if I am on a jitterbit webpage for a long time and doing nothing, it slows down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
