Reliable Nvisions Inventory Sync That Keeps Stock Levels Accurate Online
Reviewed on Sep 03, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature for us is syncing our Nvisions order and inventory system with our website. I also rely on that sync to quickly see which products are running low or are out of stock. We mainly use it so customers can see how many of a particular product are available, or whether they’ll need to place a backorder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface very difficult to navigate. I often wish there were a tutorial or instruction manual to help me learn how to generate the reports I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an accurate accounting of our inventory has been a big help. It means we don’t have to run manual reports every day, which simply wouldn’t be possible with our small staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is always quick to respond and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t as intuitive as I’d like. Sometimes we have orders that don’t flow through, and it would be helpful to receive an email notification so we know when that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us make sure things are linked across multiple interfaces.

Fast Response Times and Prompt Problem Resolution

What do you like best about the product?
Fast response time, and they solve problems promptly when they come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, nothing for now, but Jitterbit explanations are sometimes very difficult to understand because there are too many IT-specific terms used in the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to add new items for EDI orders. When some orders aren’t downloading, or when ASNs and invoices aren’t uploading, we send Jitterbit an email, and they always resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Ability to integrate multiple systems from 1 single platform with wide variety of systems available. Easy UI experience

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to transfer data between multiple systems to reduce duplication of work and ensure data has 1 source of truth. Plan to also expand use of this across other systems in other areas.

Jitterbit: Polished Cloud Studio, Rock-Solid Integrations, and Responsive Support
Reviewed on Jul 09, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX - Jitterbit has put a great of work into their new cloud-based version of Jitterbit Studio. The new version is a substantial leap in quality visually, and has features that make common tasks faster to perform.
Integrations - I have yet to come across something I need to integrate with that Jitterbit lacks. Salesforce, Sage Intacct, etc; it's all there. And if I do come across something that isn't officially supported, the tools are there to build that integration manually.
Performance/Support - Jitterbit has been one of the most stable products we've used. We have very rarely ever had any issues, and the few we have had have been largely self-inflicted. And Jitterbit's support has been quick to respond and helpful in helping us solve the issue.
Pricing - Considering how crucial this product is to our processes, it has been well worth the cost for our company. We haven't found a product that does it better for the price.
AI/Intelligence - While I have more limited experience with this feature, I have used it to some extent recently, and it has been helpful in pulling related information that I need from the documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is a harder question to answer. If anything, it's the loss of support for MacOS before Windows for the Jitterbit Studio client app. However, we've known it would happen eventually and are already moving everything to the cloud version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our vendors send and receive data from SFTP servers. The format is rarely one that we can control, so that data needs to be transformed before it can be consumed by our systems. It also directly integrates with Salesforce and other products that we use, which cuts down on the amount of manual configuration needed.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jitterbit is how easy it makes it to connect different systems and automate workflows without needing heavy custom development. Its intuitive interface, prebuilt connectors, and flexible integration options help save time, reduce manual work, and improve data consistency across applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jitterbit is that the initial setup and learning curve can take some time, especially for users who are new to integration platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitterbit helps us connect with outside SaaS systems and automate data exchange between different platforms. This reduces manual work, improves data accuracy, and makes our workflows more efficient. It also provides auditable logs, which help us track integration activity, troubleshoot issues, and support compliance requirements.

Jitterbit: Reliably Connecting Our AS/400 ERP to Modern Cloud Applications
Reviewed on Jun 30, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest value Jitterbit provides is its ability to bridge the gap between our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP and modern cloud applications. Our ERP is over 20 years old, and replacing it is not currently an option, so having a reliable integration platform is essential.
We use Jitterbit every day to exchange data between our AS/400 ERP, Salesforce, and other business applications. Without it, many of these processes would require custom development or manual file transfers. Instead, data flows automatically and reliably, saving our team a significant amount of time and reducing errors.
Another feature I appreciate is the flexibility of the platform. It supports different integration methods, making it easy to work with databases, APIs, and flat files within the same solution. This has allowed us to modernize our IT landscape while keeping our existing ERP, extending its value without disrupting the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jitterbit has worked very well for our integration needs, especially when connecting our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP with modern cloud platforms. If I had to suggest improvements, I would focus on the user experience and modernization of the development tools.
The Studio client is powerful, but it feels dated compared to newer integration platforms. A more modern, web-based interface with improved debugging, version control, and collaboration features would make development easier, especially for new users.
I would also like to see more AI-assisted capabilities, such as automatically mapping fields, generating transformation logic, or helping troubleshoot integration errors. These features could significantly reduce development time and simplify maintenance.
Overall, the platform is reliable and delivers a strong return on investment by allowing us to extend the life of our legacy ERP while integrating it with modern applications. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've needed assistance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Jitterbit, integrating our legacy IBM i (AS/400) ERP with modern business applications required custom development, manual file exchanges, and a significant amount of maintenance. Every new integration was time-consuming and difficult to scale.
With Jitterbit, we now have a centralized integration platform that connects our ERP with Salesforce and other cloud applications through reliable, automated processes. This has significantly reduced manual work, minimized data entry errors, and made information available across systems much faster.
One of the biggest benefits is that Jitterbit has allowed us to continue leveraging our legacy ERP without having to replace it. Instead of investing in costly redevelopment projects, we can integrate new applications quickly and modernize our IT landscape while keeping our core business system in place. This has saved both development time and implementation costs while improving data consistency across the organization.
