What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Jitterbit is how quickly I can build integrations between different systems. Its visual design tools make it straightforward to configure workflows, map data, and work with APIs, while still giving me the flexibility to add custom logic when needed. I can connect a range of business applications and manage integrations from one platform.

I find the integrations run efficiently, and the Admin Console makes it easy to schedule them, run them on demand, and monitor executions. Project variables are useful for handling customer-specific needs in production. In Cloud Studio, the Ask AI chatbot and documentation help me find the right component or approach quickly, which speeds up development.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area that could be improved is troubleshooting integrations that use the cloud connector. In these cases, access to agent logs can be limited, which can sometimes make it harder to pinpoint the cause of a failed run. Having more detailed log access would make investigation and support much easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jitterbit helps us connect business systems that would otherwise operate separately, including ERP, HR, and other applications. We use it to automate data exchange between systems through APIs and file-based integrations, reducing manual transfers and helping information stay consistent across platforms. This makes recurring integration processes easier to manage and gives our team more time to focus on exceptions and improvements instead of moving data by hand.

I like how easy it is to use, set up and train new employees on the platform. I also like the quick ROI.

I find Jitterbit to be easy, flexible, and reliable. Setting it up was pretty much plug and play, which made starting off smooth. The Salesforce connector is especially appreciated because it just works, making connecting a breeze compared to other methods. Jitterbit simplifies syncing data between SQL Database of Sage Accpac and Salesforce, saving me the hassle of dealing with complicated processes.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'm experiencing some speed issues with Jitterbit. When I sync data, it takes around 10 minutes, while other software can handle it in just 2 minutes. I'm not sure why Jitterbit takes longer, but it feels like a workhorse that keeps going steadily, even if it's not the fastest. Also, the pricing feels pretty high, which could be a concern for some users, depending on the needs.

Jitterbit simplifies syncing data between Sage Accpac SQL Database and Salesforce with just a few clicks, making it easy and reliable, although not the fastest solution.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Jitterbit for its ease of use and its compatibility with every system I've needed. I use Jitterbit Studio and the Harmony platform the most, as they are essential for almost all the integrations at my company.

I have issues with bugs in new releases of Jitterbit, which often require us to downgrade. It would help if they did better testing before releasing new updates.

What do you like best about the product?

The most helpful feature for us is syncing our Nvisions order and inventory system with our website. I also rely on that sync to quickly see which products are running low or are out of stock. We mainly use it so customers can see how many of a particular product are available, or whether they’ll need to place a backorder.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the user interface very difficult to navigate. I often wish there were a tutorial or instruction manual to help me learn how to generate the reports I need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having an accurate accounting of our inventory has been a big help. It means we don’t have to run manual reports every day, which simply wouldn’t be possible with our small staff.

Very easy to use as well as competent User Help. Have also had great experience with the analyst assigned for new work

The customer interface is sometimes not very user friendly. not a big deal, just something that could be made more clear on future releases

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We make use of Jitterbug to integrate our web orders with our SAP product. the interface is fast, reliable, consistent, and easy to modify.

Customer service is always quick to respond and help.

What do you dislike about the product?

It isn’t as intuitive as I’d like. Sometimes we have orders that don’t flow through, and it would be helpful to receive an email notification so we know when that happens.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They help us make sure things are linked across multiple interfaces.

Fast response time, and they solve problems promptly when they come up.

What do you dislike about the product?

Well, nothing for now, but Jitterbit explanations are sometimes very difficult to understand because there are too many IT-specific terms used in the emails.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to add new items for EDI orders. When some orders aren’t downloading, or when ASNs and invoices aren’t uploading, we send Jitterbit an email, and they always resolve the issue in a timely manner.
