Easy to use Backup Software
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, how easy the software is to use, and then also that our Customer Success Engineer takes the necessary time to answer all our questions and make the integration and implementation of the functions we need as easy as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and the fact that the product is user friendly. The customer service provided by Christopher Todd and Zivka Zoey Stankovic from the HYCU team was impecable. I appreciate all the help and the fact that the took from their time to ensure that we had proper coverage and clear any confusions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not had issues with the HYCU product or customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the ability to restore our VM's or Physical equipment software at any point established. We have been able to perform this multiple times without any issues.

It is very user friendly and has a simple interface. The implementation was quick and easy. The support is allways quick on reply and could help in every case we had.

Some special functions are not that easy to found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem, that we dont have to search for an other way to sync our backups to the cloud to have a third solution for backup storage.

HYCO needs to push more with nutanix to grab more business

HYCU's immutable backups act as a
fail-safe against data manipulation; without it, your backup
integrity is at risk, leaving critical data open to undetected
tampering and potential corruption.

What do you like best about the product?
HYCU is a product that deploys easily and quickly. The spinup functionality allows for a DRP in the cloud from archiving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to position different policies based on the disks can be penalizing.

HYCU allowed me to solve the complexity issues of my previous backup solution.

Nothing I can remember. Keep up the good work.

It's our main backup tool. It has always worked perfectly. Great performance and features.
Complete, lifesaving sofware
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, fast, able to restore an backup in less than 2 minutes, integrate easely to my cloud account, We use it every day for our daily backups, and the most important, professional, friendly account manager and customer service.

I like everything about HYCU, it's a complete software for my use

We use daily HYCU to backup all our VMs to our WASABi account in the cloud.
Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Deployment. Being able to download the vAppliance and get it installed in a matter of minutes is how all backup software should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to install it on a standalone linux physical server. Just to cover the the sites that are remote and dont have a hypervisor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to backup servers quickly and easily, with super fast deployment and configuration. Added to the ability to use any storage that you have lying around is great, especially if you dont want to use the costlier immutable storage just to store a few test vms.

HYCO needs to work on Having local sale or at least channel to support the buniess accros the middle east region .
