Perfect, fast and smooth
What do you like best about the product?
The people that I've got the chance to work with are always ready for the next adventure and super open to any suggestions or new ideas on how to better create awareness for our partnership.

Not really sure at this time. Once I've been on this for a later time I could maybe say something that I dislike

some technical integrations are done by scripting and are not native

I am yet to find any true downsides. Single pane integration with jira service management would be a good enhancement but is not a true downside

My experience with Hycu
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's very easy to use, and easy to deploy. And fact that is everything covered and easy to backup. You will have full suport if you need to deploy and if you need any help. Im been using it like every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't see the fiber channel directly. Open source integration is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File saving 24/7, which are important to us for some of the projects we are working on. And backup on target NAS.

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the best part of HYCU is the facility to use and how you can manage data crom all your cloud apps as your data, not depending of providers. Plus, their team give a really good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing bad I would say. It works as expected

Storing backups under our control when our apps dosn't allow that.

Training sessions, we have to educate our clients about them.

They should arrange more customer trainings for resellers to educate them on the importance of it.
