Wonderful experience in accounting tools
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to post the jurnal entries & maintaing the statndrd the book keeping system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not change the paid status invoices in this application

It will help us findout the duplicate and extract and summearizing the reports
Sage intacct one year on
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the procurement to pay elements of sage intacct and use it for project accounting in a really positive way. The system is visual and user friendly and has saved time and effort for the finance team. Banks feed and reconciliation processes are really tight and efficient and allow us to monitor things regulary.
We really like the document management features and no longer have paper copies of any documents.
Implementation was delilvered by PWC to timeline and to budget.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules are expensive. For example we have a simple fixed asset register but werre not able to use the system for this as the module was not cost effective. In a similar way we do not use the salesforce integration tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient processing of financial transactions. Better document management.
Intacct "Easy to use and manage"
What do you like best about the product?
The most loved thing about is easy to use, and very much user-friendly. In my current organization, i use Intacct on a daily basis so on that basis i can say that the features are really good, especially posting bills though po module and reporting are quite easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
the improvement that app can do to support world wide payment support will really make our life better

Other and worldwide is solved all the accounting problems like. bills processing, po processing, time and expenses offline payment apply and many more

We can't edit the paid status bills in Intacct.

This application manages day-to-day activities such as accounting, customers, inventory, procurement, supply chain, project management, business intelligence, and compliance.
It is a great experience to use the sage intacct.

I Will use Sage intacct on a daily basis. Customer support is aso good regarding my experience.

All the Journal entry were posted without matched debit and credit.

If we can upload all the invoices at once and software itself take all the information from invoice then it would be great for accountants.

The overview of the application can be more good and there can be more sections for reports

This gives the client visibility and the power to approve or decline the PO so that approval will be as needed . Almost Sage intacct provide reports. It gives you what you want and meets the needs of the users perfectly. This is very useful for libraries as well as reconciliations. I use Sage Intacct for Accounting and bookkeeping purposes, in my company we manage Accounts Receivables for our clients and Sage intacct is very useful to do that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage of using Sage Intacct is the option of multiple detailed reports like Unbilled Revenue Report, Deferred Revenue Report, and Unbilled and Deferred Revenue Contract-wise Reports, which make the reporting work much easier and more convenient.
Easy to use and Best bookkeeping software
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting formats and easy to customize reports. we can pull any report we want and customize according to client needs. and Sage intacct gives authority to user to draft delete and customize the bills as well as PO's. Any time we can change PO approval flow and all the apps sync to intacct so we dont have to not work manually
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing i dislike about sage intacct, Literally its so easy to use and there is functional error. one thing i want to throw light ie. whenever we are not active for long time so its logged out automatically and whenever we login again we have to select company then entity.

It gives you what you want and meets the needs of the customer perfectly. This is very useful for libraries as well as reconciliations.

The dashboard looks incredible, love the versatility of it.

No downsides that I know of, as we are not using it yet.
