Sage Intacct- A Walkthrough
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked in different ERP platforms, among those Sage is found to be more user friendly. Every options are available on screen.We need not have to use any transaction codes.Its simple to use and almost every modules are available in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage intaact has some defects too. I noticed a defect that while updating the approval flow and if we have any changes required to be made after the initial set up, the user has to be given top level access and weare unable to restrcit the user by entity.Also some reports are not generated as required.Also when we are extractinf balancesheet, p/l reports its taking too much time to be downloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of using the Sage is remarkable.Generally I am using the Time and expense module , GL , AP modules. I could find that all the intended cost and revenue can be ascertained departmentwise, entitywise etc.We can actually compare the trend analysis of the entity. Its time saving. As compared to other ERP environment it really help without any transactions codes.

What do you like best about the product?
The very customised reports make the work very easy and the clear information for taking the decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to view the status of the bills on the overview.

The custom reports initially was not getting but now i am able to filter custom made.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and all the mandatory fields are available for daily deliverables of each client and will allow to creation of custom fields whenever needed, sync with the majority of the other platforms just like BILL, Nexonia, etc.
And, even we can integrate Intacct through API's for creating the vendors through Automation & fetching the vendor mapping details to WebUI for processing the bills.

What do you dislike about the product?
all the Payment methods Sage Intacct won't support currently and the existing Inventory module does not support clients who need inventory accounting and inventory management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Custom field creations to vendor master and also for 1099 details with integration to Power BI will ease our day-to-day job and at the year's end we can pull one report to file 1099 which is Awesome. Custom Audit trail report we can pull for all the vendors at one go.
Good Service provided and easy to use

Break up on the GL Balances and also helpful in getting the multiple currency bills processed and ease of sending the reports

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives easy go access and also helps in creating the accounting cycle at ease. We can also give a detailed report to the clients
A simplified and well-structured accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage intacct, is a very helpful accouting software where we can keep a record of all transactions in very systmatic manner. It is easy to record the transactions and maintain the books of accounts, where we can easily pull out the reports in a cutmomized format. As a software user, the priority is on ease of use which is undoubtedly available in Intacct.
The point that I like most is - Reconciliation part in the Intacct - where we can reconcile for particular period and close (Lock) those things which secures the books from fradulant activities.
Another best thing about Intacct is upload file - we can pass n number of journal entries in a single shot which reduces so much of effort and time.
we are using this software with integration to biil.com and simpl.
Bill.com - where the AP bills are processed and payment are marked
simpl - Simple is a private software developed and used by our organization which reduces the effort in an efficient and effictive manner and reduces the risk of errors

It i a user friendly software where we can implement the software with an ease depending ( considering) size of the business
The final part is on customer support, i think intacct is continueosly working on updation and providing best services to their customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that needs to get updated is applying bulk cash in a single shot and if we need reverse we need a feature of reverse that particural cash application intsead of revesing all cash application

Best Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct helps to keep your accounting records in an organized manner. It is easy to use and user-friendly too. We can download reports like vendor aging, Vendor mapping, Customer Kimble reports, Expense reports, etc., etc. Sage Intacct can easily be synced with BILL, Expensify, Nexonia, and other accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Dislikes. But there are Some of the improvements that I can suggest are
A better User interface, Pricing, More reports, Knowledge Training videos, Speed etc.

Sage Intacct can generate many MIS reports automatically without human intervention. Sage intacct can draft financial statements by itself resulting in saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is easy to use accounting Software. It is a set of Intutive and Completely completely Integrated reporting tools, works as a time saver when it is about reporting.

it does not support excel as attachment, so files needs to be converted to CSV first to get uploaded, either at the time of uploading the JE or for attachment (document proof or support)

Sage is all in one Accounting tool, you dont have to have different software for Accounts payable (AP) orAccounts receivable (AR) or Record to report Jobs (RTR) all are in this software, best thing about Sage is reporting , for reporting it will reduce your deendency on excel, also a great time saver.
