Wonderful and beautiful experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and easy to access. The financial position of the company is easy to understand

We cannot edit or delete the invoices in the intacct

Journal entries are easy to be done. Cash and order management is accessible

Its user friendly and navigation part is too good. Excellent support from customer care. Authentication part is very nice since we have client confidential data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some search option improvement will be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly and the navigation part is simple so even a beginner can find it easy to access and client data is very safe as the athentication part is very standard.

There is nothing i dislike in Sage Intacct.

It is helping us to save all the client confidential data like contact details,payment details etc

Administrator access with ease of authority to correct user based out of each person role like Cash management/Dashboard to rightly reflect what is on draft or what is not with Data extraction for General ledge/Financal
Sage is user friendly & each function are aligned properly from Top to lower level access with correct authority. i have always found SAP as a dominating software but using Sage it found out to be more reliable. Lots of addition and frequent updates have made life easier like usage of Multiple currencies on the same time to reflect on your dashboard. Overall its an 10/10

If the access authority is known to User which is shared them and which are that can help the user also what all additional function or access can be accessed .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial Reporting is the most ease with finding the dataset with Numbers/period grouping/department/Location/ and very interesting- Monthly and period total can help what is in and what is not to match the expenses/advance/ deposit etc

We can post an entry within a fraction of a second. We can raise a credit memo whenever we require it on the required date. It is very helpful for us.

We can raise a credit memo whenever we require and on the required date. We can apply that credit memo on our required date. It is very helpful for our accounting purposes.

Sage Intacct is a great option for large teams and small- to medium-sized businesses that need high-level accounting systems. Great Software with excellent customer care support.

It tends to be difficult to use when it doesn't launch new features as quickly as other solutions & also search option can be enhanced so that it can make it more user friendly.

It helps in finding the chart of accounts & extract files easily & can process the foreign currency Bills in the Accounts Payable Module

It cannot be used in Offline and sometimes it causes integration issues & when we click on a new tab many windows get opened.
