Clunky, Cumbersome, Inconsistent
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with banks, payment platforms and other system configurations are relatively straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
So many clicks to get the informaton you want (e.g. match a bill and invoice), no way to reallocate credit card payments, every module allows different levels of customization of tables, reversing payments done in error is a huge pain, so many clicks to get anywhere and tie two records together

Not many, lots of clicks, clunky

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact if anything is wrong the website will tell you what to look for to fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's well organized but for first time users figuring it out is kind of diffcult? Once you get the hang of it though. Its a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage helps me stay in balance and helps find issues very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is scaleable and keeps track of intercompany really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report writer has too many constraints.

It allows us to deliver financial statements for our multi entity clients.

Cloud-based, fairly easy to customize and adopt to company's needs

Consolidation between a number of entities and currencies
Pleasant experience thus far with Intacct. Easy report building and user interface.

Reporting functionality along with the ability to creat custom rollup accounts.

Easy user interface. Once you get used to how to pull reports, it's fairly straight forward to use

Pulling multiple period reports appears to be generally complicated, i.e. pulling 24 or 36 month reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi entity functionality. Ability to have Segregation of duties, being able to assign approvers for different types of Journal entires, easieness of use during audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations with other softwares are limiting.

Multi-entity accounting in one place. Segregation of duties and audit trail.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface and I can get what I need to done for my role. I have to create POs for purchases and convert to vendor invoice and its so easy to switch between entities so that the correct places get charged.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only issue I have with Sage Intaact is that when I click on post and print on purchase orders it never prints the invoice I have to manually do it from the main screen , it would be great if that was fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage does what we need it to , especially in my team. We can get our Purchase orders created and posted quickly and efficiently and its easy to train other members of the team on the process. It is definitely a tool that increases productivity.
Great ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create dashboards is great and gives you a quick snapshot of what you need to see. The system is easy to use and there are several automations you can create to make your life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things are not clear - a test environment would be good to have so we could try out before posting in the live environment.
Our business is set up accross business units, and the invoices approvals can only be split at departmental level.

We use sage as out main ERP solution, we would like to have use of more features as we are only on the basic package, however, the add-ons are expensive and not currently worth it for us.
