Easy to use accounting software.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is logically laid out and easy for anyone to use. It has been easy to train others on the accounting programs. It is easy to attach support for all of your transactions. Most corrections are easy and straight forward. I would recommend Sage products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Correcting cash applications is the only difficult part to train on. That maybe because of how they have Sage implimented at the business I am working at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to review WIP for projects.
Best Journal Entries Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Invoice Import Excel File, Journal Entries, and Accounts Receivable
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not like QuickBooks User friendly, General Ledger report can use more additional search tools.

Whats most helpful is the smoothness of the program to make payments super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful would be the vague emails sent when something fails. But easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of where our money is being sent and where its owed.
Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to look up bills by several different catagories. I like that you are able to drill down into the bill and access all of the information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that i wish Sage Intacct offered would be an AP routing system. I feel like this would be helpful to have everything all in one place with easy access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have switched from Sage 300 to Sage Intacct. Since doing so our reporting has been more accurate. This has also given the rest of our team visibility with their projects and tracking. This switch as been great for our company.
The Accountant's Accounting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the top view multi entity feature. The dimensions make customized reports a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is not super user friendly. Its a little funky to navigate

Multi entity reporting in one place.

I appreciate the detailed, cutomized reporting that I am able to get.

The time it takes for some reports to run.

My previous software didn't show the balance sheet by month which I really love.
Very User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very user friendly. The dimension offer better insight into reporting. It is easy to naviagte between sections. Secured transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not necessarily easy to drill down on transactions through the GL. You also, cannot filter on columns in the GL or customize reports on all fields. Fields in certain sections such as Bills do not appear on the gL reports. Have to combine reports from deifferent areas to get all the data for in depth reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure business transactions and books leave less room for error than small business software.
Highly customizable accounting system - perfect fit for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable and buildable the system is; we have been able to add all different types of coding (classes, customers, departments, customizable fields) to create different reports that fill different needs for our business. Additionally, the dashboards are a quick and easy way for us to pull "status" reports of our business with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a blank canvas when you first start using it; there is so much you can do to build it out that it can be overwelming at first. It took me about a year to feel fully comfortable in it, coming from Quickbooks. Once I got comfortable though, it was really great to build it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us solve our issue with customized reporting, as well as consolidated dashboard reporting. The ability to add so many different fields onto one entry has been hugely beneficial for us across multiple areas of our businesses. Additionally, having multiple entities with one login system is so much easier to navigate.

Currently helpful to run custom reports to assist the reporting functions.
Short, Sweet and to the Point!
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily search for past transactions, fields are easily identified, etc. Program is extremely user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
If wrong attachment is accidentally uploaded, instructions are not clear on how to delete it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All past/present transactions are much more easy to access on Sage than on any other system I've used.
