Organized and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
A platform that is both organized and easy to use. The system has clear cut categories to navigate through, and can be manipulated to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manipulating the system can be tricky at times, but overall isn't burdensome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation; Higher efficency.
I love Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the most helpful attribute of Sage Intacct is the ease of navigation within the system. It is very user friendly and easy to learn.
I also think that the help/support functionality is great. I have been able to get all of my questions answered very quickly with this feature
It also has a very robust reporting tool and the use of the dimensions makes reporting easy for multiple levels.

What do you dislike about the product?
This not really a downside, but it would be very helpful to have customer support have the ability to just log into your system and solve a difficult issue. Getting emails and articles is nice but sometimes the issue is more technical in nature and requires a more hands on approach

Provides a more robust accounting system that allows us to have better insight into our business helping us achieve greater profits

It's a good system for the price, easy to use, intuitive.

Too much functionality comes as extras or ugrades

Able to assign project to every AP invoice allowing much in depth reporting

Support has improved. Overall the system is pretty robust compared to competing platforms. The Sage Community boards help quite a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve by way of a human-forward approach. Consider a more intuitive customer facing design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial reports, transaction importing. We use intacct as the source of truth for all of our financial information due to it's sync capabilities with other systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Full turn key functionality. It covers all bases for running the organization

Sometimes difficult to customize. There are challenges surrounding integration with other softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving to much robust system.
Great product for accounting for multiple entities/locations.
What do you like best about the product?
The approval processes within Sage are great. It is user friendly and many places to go for help on items within the software. The many different applications are great and the processes within the software flow nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with reclassing items would be my only issue. It would seem you should be able to reclass an AP item that has been paid by credit card as long as it is within the same month, but that is not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows us to create multi-entity financial statements to run the various business lines within our organization. It also interacts with other softwares that allow direct API connections.
Sage Intaact Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sage intaact so far since i have started using it has been very user friendly and easy to manouver through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i have found so far that i do not like is that multiple users cannot be assigned to one invoice. This creates issues when someone is away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping streamline the approval process for incoming invoices, allowing sites at a base level to manage their incoming expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view and understanding the TB and P&L and Balace sheet. Easy to post entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
GL date can not be edited once bill entry got the paid status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post AP and AR bills, creating Debit note and Credit notes. It is easy to understand and time saving accounting software.

What do you like best about the product?
I just became the athletic director at my school which required me to start submitting POs for the first time. To my surprise after only a couple of POs I feel comfortable and confident submitting. It was pretty simple to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I could say I do not like. If I had to choose something, it would probaby be uploading documents that require a name and ID that will save for future. Most of my invoices will not need to be used again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new school, our budget was a mess. Now we have a clear picture of where our money is going and how we can properly plan for the future. This gives us more opportunity to solidify the vision for our departments and move towards our goals.

The reporting part seems user friendly. ALso the account allocation module is useful
