Good system for company finances
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tie in between timesheets, accounts payable and purc hase requisitions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to the system and have found it has improved our company business systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has improved the speed we function for finances and thus improved cashflow

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the feature for duplication of transaction/cc input.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would make credit uploads easier. Like a feature to have the statement feed into Sage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that duplication feature gives you an easier option to create invoices.
Great ERP worth every $$
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how user friendly it is. Also areas are customizable and very easy to adapt to industry changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been very happy with Sage. Only issue I wish you integrated better with my current banking platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation was a big issue but now with Sage we have been able to do the work in half the time.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. It does not confuse or get difficult and even when I do have a question I am able to use the help section to figure things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps just for my uses you cant really customize how you're screen is set up. I do not use all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record keeping. The electronic records make it easy for me to look back at things that I may not have a paper copy of. Its been very helpful in inaccurate accounting.
Sage Intacct seems to be useful for our growing company.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is helpful for our growing company so we can keep track of all our bills and income. The vendor aging and customer aging reports for each of our subsidiaries are wonderful. This helps with our weekly cash report for the managers. Switching between companies for the reporting is great. Sage also is helpful when it is audit season, because we can pull up any invoices and the back ups as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct seems geared towards bigger companies and is expensive. We are lucky that we are able to use it as a small company. It is confusing to learn at first and it is time consuming when any mistakes are made. Fixing mistakes is not self explanatory and if you don't know what you're doing, then it gets tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct makes integration of our different accounting departments possible. It also is great that each manager can go on and approve bills in one spot. It also makes it possible to see the big picture in time for our subsidiaries.

- Price (expensive for only 2 users by year)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that Sage Intacct is cloud base is a plus for our organization. Also, Sage is very scalable and will allow to growth with our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I think eventually once all of the "kinks" are worked out with Co-pilot automation it will save time with reconcilation

Co-pilot early adopter close automation can be much more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to use statiscal data to drive allocation of cost. Haven't used at this moment. But, appears to be a nice feature to have.
Modern Cloud Based Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The Software is conveniently accessible from anywhere. Having automatic updates, and collaborative features are also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes inconvenient to have automatic updates during the end/beginning of the month as Month End close is around that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to add multiple dimensions and data markers is extremely helpful.
Needs Some Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is compatible with our payroll system and automatically posts. The ability to import from excel is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since launching Sage Intacct in other countries, importing has been slow, we are consistently getting booted out and sometimes a glitch will happen when trying to post and when logging back in, it never saved the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct is user friendly (for the most part) and reporting is clean and easy to read.
New Assistant Controller
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Works well for accounts payable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is difficult to use. You have to manually manipulate all reports and rebuild.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hopefully they will be resolving the reporting issues.
