Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's layout is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike as of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees at multiple locations and it makes going throught the month end reports 10x easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage intacct has been easy to navigate and approve invoices. My main role is to look at puchase orders and compare to the invoice for approval. If something does not look right, it is easy to deny with reasoning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where I go to approve an invoice and an error code pops up. I am still unsre why this is happening and hope to have an easier time with batch approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intact has made it possible to see all invoices in one common area. It also allows for easy approval of multiple different vendors. Finance team is able to run data easily.
Review of Sage Intacct with company account
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sage Intaact as part of my company account. I find the product to have a much more modern interface that other accounting softwares I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take this with a grain of salt, as it could be related to with how my company has things configured, but I find the navigation to not be super intuitive. It also took some time to understand how to receive alerts that something was pending my action, such as approving a payment request. Our company also had difficulty establishing a process for adding new vendors to the system. (i.e. if we need to submit an invoice and the vendor we're paying needs to be vetted/added to the system)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better new user training for companies. The initial training call for my company and employees was very confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
The usefull thinks I like about sage is being able to manuever through the accounting process seemlessly. it is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should have an option to create a duplicate or reoccuring invoice off an entered invoice with out having to open it back up once posted.

Making the po and a/p process super smoth

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the approval process. Once I submit a Purchase Order, it is simple to see who needs to approve it next and who is next in the queue. With other systems it has not been that straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to update existing PO's, which have been made payments against. Additionally, it is challenging to locate existing PO's due to the requirement to exactly match descriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct for PO issuing, tracking, and partially for inventory management.
Features that we are not using is milestone tracking but hopefully we will implement these in the future.

Reliable Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a mutli-faceted platform that has allowed our start up company to navigate through the challenges of a start up without the additional hassle from external factors. Sage is incredibly userfriendly, there are many optimization tools/resources available to you - highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset module in Sage is a bit clunky and outdated in my opinion. Trying to locate a specific asset in the module itself is a bit tricky, and even the exported version is a bit hard to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows lots of customization within the platform, which allows our team to process industry specific reports. The integration between Sage and our other platforms is also very smooth.

It's pretty easy to learn. It did not take me much time.

Sometimes you seem to have to create your own codes. It should act more as a shopping cart for inventory.

A System that Works
What do you like best about the product?
While navigating Sage is easy to do, there are elements of it that make it hard to edit things that have already been submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a personal inbox where I can see my current POs and CRs rather than forcing me to search for them in each area. Also, in the emails when things are declined or approved, there needs to be a link to the PO or CR directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to enter POs and CRs so that I can accomplish the needs of my job.
