The system is straightforward and it is easy to use as a general every day user.
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is a straightforward system that is user friendly. It is easy to pick up as a new user and to find the information you are looking for within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our compay has had challenges in the past with interfacing Intacct with our consolidation system and our Salesforce implementation. However, the help desk has been very responsive in solving these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct has helped our Company streamline our general ledger accounting and monthly close process.
So glad we switched top Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, completely cloud based, ability to email statements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages on uploads aren't always easy to decipher. Stament templates don't match the format/headings in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow, database and cloud based system, old legacy data. We have reimaged our chart of accounts and cleared up old legacy data. Being completely cloud based is also a huge improvement.
Review of Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can track my time and pull reports based by make Intacct a very useful tool. The best thing about Intacct is the UI which makes sense and doesn't require me to think a lot to figure out how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the creation of new reports outside of reports that were already created by others is dificult to do and would like more direction located within the platform rather than at an external site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking time and revenue generation. I can't say much about how it is benefiting me currently because I am not an administrator but a user.
My experience has been a very positive one on Intacct.

I like the way Intacct automates my workload and helps me work more efficiently.

I do not have any complaints baout Intacct, my expierence has always been very positive and I do not have anything negative to report.

I have yet to run into any issues using this platform. My working on Inatcct has been very smooth and has only been a positive experience so far.
I use Sage Intacct on a daily basis to pull GL details, post transactions and run reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, the ease of use is incredible.
I'm thankful for bank feeds and other automation tools within Sage Intacct.
That all reports or any GL detail can be exported into Excel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some better reporting tools would be helpful and maybe they exist but I just don't know how to get there.
Some dashboards would be nice too, but again those may already exist as well.
I'm just not familiar, but I guess watch the how to videos.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to post accounting transactions and do accounting reporting, month end close and general ledger management. Also to do cash management reconciling bank statements.
quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
it is quick and easy to use. The ability to create custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
getting help isnt easy when necessary. when i have a question the help and settings feature is tough.

it is helping keep an organized area for my work.
Great accounting platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use the most. Sage is very intuitive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides to Sage Intacct is that certain reports have to be specifically customized to meet needs. Sometimes the info cannot be carried over into a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job costing was an issue for us because we have many products and each one had to have items allocated specifically to those jobs. This system easily mastered that issue.

The thing that I like most about sage is that online nature.

I dislike the amount of tabs that i need to have open.

I like the ability to make custom imports so that tasts can be quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
One new feature I really appreciate in Sage Intacct is the enhanced user interface and navigation updates. They have made it quicker and more intuitive to get where I need to go. I also like the continued improvements in reporting flexibility, especially with custom report building and dimension-based filtering. These updates have made it easier to get meaningful insights without needing to export to Excel. The increased automation around approvals and workflows has also helped streamline our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that makes me like Sage Intacct less is that some processes still feel a bit clunky or unintuitive, especially for newer users. For example, navigating between modules can require more clicks than expected, and some reports still require manual adjustments or exporting to Excel to get exactly what I need. I’ve also experienced occasional issues with slow load times, and certain integrations or customizations can be more complex than expected without support. Overall, it's powerful but there's still room for improvement in usability and streamlining routine tasks.

It is helping to automate our accounting process and take our current books from excel files into a more robust platform.
Sage Intacct is a great tool for accounting/finance teams
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Intacct for 7 years now and overall I think it's an effective and user friendly platform. I also love that it integrates with our bank, Wells Fargo, for payment manager. This makes vendor payments much easier and more reliable. Our expense report platform, Nexonia, also integrates with Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks, as I'm sure there are with other systems, that aren't very straightforward.
