My experience with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the amount of different dimensions and how easy it is to build up reports with the different dimensions to create reports which are useful to the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is it is quite American. We are from the UK. Although there is not really an issue contacting support, it does feel designed for the US market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct enables us to report using multiple dimensions, have a very robust online AP system and pay invoies and upload bank files directly. It is a complete solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track data with different dimensions and slice and dice information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to deipher the import error messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and integration with other third party applications
At first very confusing, more steps to accomplish tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the almost immediate transfer of information when entering Invoices,payments and credits
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the way Sage fees are processed and the fact that I dont see them on the deposit slip. I ike to reconcile my deposits with the Bank statement for the deposit. For my purposes I have started entering in the description, the fees taken and the actual amount received which should agree with the deposit slip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very new, and from an accounting point of view, I feel it is not very user friendly. At this time I am not feeling more productive, I feel there is more time involved to accomplish tasks that were simpler in Quick Books.
A great tool for the average worker!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage lets you create your own personalized dashboard to only see what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is alot of information available on there that is not necessary for all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me direct access at any time to how my non profit is doing. It allows for an easy submission of expense reports as well.

I used Quickbooks all my life and I find Sage much easier to use.

i like that you can view invoices before approving it.

Seems like a fair good system. Information is available

helping with approving invoices in a timely manner.
Sage is not very user friendly. It seems a little more complicated than it needs to be.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can communicate with others when submitting or approving a PR. I can view history of previous PR's submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage doesn't always allow me to search for previous PR's. The PR is there, but it's difficult to find. Sage Intacct is not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows other departments to submit PR's and discuss issues with other users.
Pretty good accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and create views/invoices/downloads that we need with a smooth UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that we come across that are hard to find or not available easily on Intacct that requires us to go to the rep sometimes

Internal bookkeeping, revenue management

Very user friendly, easy to learn, would recommend.

It's a little slow and it doesn't automatically fill in the Previous Changes for Change Orders.

Decent Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
The accounts payable features are very easy and allow much detail to be entered in each transation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to pull up checks when looking in G/L's or vendor ledgers. I can view which bills were paid on the check but if I want to look up the check copy I cannot click the check number to pull up the copy. I can only view the check copy under print payment copies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unaware of issues being resolved by Sage.
