What do you like best about the product?
The abitlity to pull reports needed to get our company numbers currently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag in data and having to wait a month to pull numbers as opposed to it being real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost per manhour, Notice to Proceed numbers and tracking, material management

User friendly, contant updates are made to add additional features/functionality, partnership with other softwares for functions that they cannot offer

Additional subscriptions resulting in additional costs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactive nature of Sage Intacct. You can click through to dig into details easily, and the main ribbon at the top makes it easy to navigate through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding where system settings are located can be difficult (i.e. how to update a sales contacts information and have it correctly flow through reports, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording complex intercompany receivables with corresponding revenue accruals, as well as easily record receipt of revenue.

Easily being to pull the data I need to review and go over with the teams

Pulling large data sets takes quite a while to pull and takes lots of time to get that.

being able to pull reports and review data sets

What do you like best about the product?
In my role as a CSM, it allows me insights into additional ways to support my customers. I'm able to get quick answers to them without having to rely on anyone else in my company to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were aliases for customer names, as ours can be identified so many different ways.

Ability to respond quickly to my customers invoicing and aging questions.

Easy to use for nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
We use this system for invoice entry and managing the expenses across various teams. Since we have multiple programs, we needed a software that could be used across the agency. Sage has been easy to learn, including invoice entry, approval processes and has been user friendly for our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike at this time is that it's not always easy for managers and approvers to search for specific data, however with some fine tuning we figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is allowing for all the managers who work in different areas of our business to use a system that allows us all to communicate appropriately. This allows for folks who work in different areas to work on the same system.
Easily customizable
What do you like best about the product?
It's a program that is easily customizable for any of your business's needs and has many software integrations. These features make it possible for Intacct to address all of your needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate. The amount of features is very overwhelming and they're not easy to learn by yourself. However, when trying to use Sage Help Center or Sage University things are often not in-depth enough or are out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of all our accounting in one place. Also, with several integrations, we have been able to ensure that everything is centralized and easily accessible.
Very user friendly product.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very helpful during Audit. It makes accounting very easy and more automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Interactive Report Writer is very limited and very tempremental.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of journal entry is automated and certain reports become easier to pull for month and year end closing.
