What do you like best about the product?
Gives you lots of good information to understand the health of your business. Dashboard gives you good info and can be customized to show you pertinant info quickly.

report names are not alway the most intuitive. Could give a better description of what report is giving you

Enhancing user adoption through better training, optimizing workflows with more automation.

I didnt find any problems with Sage Intacct till now
Sage Intacct has increased our transparency and productivity.

I like the drill-down capability and the dashboards.

I think the process of converting purchasing transactions is a bit cumbersome and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can allow non-financial users to access the report to view dashboards, run reports, and research transactions independently. It allows the finance team to be more efficient and to focus on value-added activities.
New to SAGE but enjoying it's capabilities and ease of use so far.

Easy to navigate but still learning the system to figure out all of the benefits.

We have come across some wonderful features about Sage Intacct -
- Data gets updated without much manual interference and most of the time data will be accurate
- We can generate some reports which help us analyse the data and come to necessary conclusion

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very minute things we think can be improved -
- Once the invoice status turns to "Paid" - we cant make any changes. In case the payment/credit memo is applied incorrectly, we cant edit the same. All we have to do is VOID the payment, which will again generate multiple entries.
- If we can make it more user friendly, it would be great. Many times, we would have a report which is very useful, but we would not know by its name.

Efficient, TONS of info at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
SO MANY options for billing and reporting. VERY efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time to process ...since its web based. Some things (like Order Entry/Email Log details) take a bit of time to process, especally when you have A LOT of lines of data that you are working with .But I guess that is normal and to be expected, right?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer invoicing, AR reporting, Month End AR Reporting.
Sage is the best accounting software I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user firendly. Being able to drag and drop attachment is wonderful, and duplicate tabs is super easy.

The prepaid module is a little discombobulated.

Sage is our go-to for all of our accounting needs. It's provided ease and is super quick to gain an understanding of.

What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty user friendly. It's not too difficult to learn. It's not as bad as I was told it would be. But there are a few things that I would change to make more better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot edit certain deposits or transactions after saved. If it's like a penny off you have to do a negative and then re-do. Then that messes up my deposit amount and the total deposits on the dash board is then incorrect. Even when i reverse the deposit. .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our leaders see the reporting better. Which is why they were looking for a system that would work for them. But in order to have something, you have to give something.
A very good accounting tool with ease in features
What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing the trend and financials, easy access to all the reports help to analyze the Balance sheet effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GL Posting date cannot be edited once the payment is completed for an invoice which might cause issues during the close of books
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The option of reclassifying any given transaction which is already posted. This will help in doing the correction of any given entry to change the GL account or Department or Class as per the client's requirement which in turn help during the Financial review to make an adjustment.
