What do you like best about the product?
I feel like it is very user friendly as navigation is concerned. A new user can go in and find almost anything needed to complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of simple functions that are not simple. Searches that will not pull from any word in the description or name. Makes it very difficult to find things if you don't know them ahead of time or have them memorized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to learn new ways of acheiving a goal. New ways of seeing things.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not able to reverse a retainer after it has been applied. Requires us to make manual edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system is used to house and track all of our billing for all of our clients.
Great overall ERP system for small/mid size companies
What do you like best about the product?
Improving functionality. The base products have everything you would need to build out financial reporting processes. But there are consistent product releases that continue to add value to our existing subscription. If it is a module that adds cost, we feel that the new products are sophisticated enough to merit consideration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom report writer can seem a bit overly complicated. Where it's possible to need a more dedicated knowlegable person to build out the reporting that our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a signficant upgrade from lower tier ERPs that our organization has used previously. As our organization grew in size and sophistication, we felt that Intacct was able to scale with our business. Greater reporting needs, larger volume of data, ease of use in navigating the different modules.
Very good product, still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several Accounting/ERP packages and Sage is near the top in terms of ease of use and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface still to be a bit klugy, and it still seems to retain some aspects of old "mainframe" ERP systems. I think more work could be done by most ERP systems to make them more friendly to non-Accountants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the invoicing and approval cycle tolerable.

I like the ability that I am able to find more information on customers we have business with.Gives great insights on descriptions on what I'm searching for.

The downside of Sage is sometimes, it doesn't give you every small detail you may be searching for.

It solves skip tracing.
It is very useful and easy to operate. I love it.

I love how upfront it is. It is very easy to operate, locate documents, and move things around. I think even the dimmest individuals would be able to use this program with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a way to view documents that have been deleted. There is many times in our company where we have to delete documents and we then have no way of locating them. We often find things by their sales order number, so that is why I just wish there was a "deleted" filter, that way anyone in our division can look up a document and find it was deleted rather than having to ask others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to communicate with others in our division on orders, inventory, and billing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has allowed our organization to accurately account for our finances. We enjoy that the software syncs with Service Titan, as we export the majority of our data from this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is a little slow with loading reports and reports are not the most flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows us to keep track of our accounting across multiple companies. We have a parent company and numerous sub companies. We are able to keep track of all accounting with one software.
