Great ERP system!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting module is my favorite part of Intacct!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the environment set up can be a lengthy process. However, with the right team in place, the transition to Sage will save time on future data entry and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sage Intacct reporting module is a wonderful reporting tool. Once reports are built, they can be scheduled to run with real-time data. These reports can be stored or emailed saving the user time to produce the reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Report running in user friendly, intuitive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all transactions are easy to update or amend, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We import our invoices from our CRM and that has made the task of invoicing much more efficient.
A solution that works way better than our previous solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. The training available is excellent as well! Compared with our previous solution, SAGE actually does what we need it to do!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not genuinely dislike it, but the report writing is initially challenging. Will definitely need to take some time to learn and play with it to get it right! I wish we can deal with Sage directly as third party consultants don't always have the answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAGE is helping us start to automate our workflows. It is also helping us streamline our reporting and allow us to provide analysis for other departments that depend on us for reports and updates. We are also using multiple systems as an organization and the import feature (while complicated to learn at first) is more robust and simple to use once you know what to expect. The approval setup has also helped us control the flow of JE's that are being posted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the accounting system is. It allows you to do many things in multiple ways. I also love how there are modules for almost every process that's needed to function effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we need to make changes or updates to our configuration, many manual steps are a part of the process. As a result, we miss steps sometimes and our reports/mapping gets thrown off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major problem that Sage Intacct is helping us solve is Global Consolidation. Our company has multiple entities across multiple countries. Having a system that allows us to easily consolidate all of our financials has been a huge benefit to our organization.

I love the simplicity of the features. It even has a community to help do tasks

What do you like best about the product?
That you can have multiple entity levels to help eliminate duplicate entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see prior GL accounts used when looking up bills under any particular vendor.

Keep financial records, and attach support. Automatic matching function by importing files in the bank module.

Still manual in some functions. For example, in the bank module, I still need to manually match some transactions.

Keep financial records. As an accountant, I need to keep financial attachments and make financial records.
Sage Intacct is an intuitive software that helps make daily accounting tasks very manageable.

Overall, I am very pleased with Sage Intacct. It is a powerful, flexible, and easy-to-use software that has helped improve financial management. I would highly recommend Sage Intacct to other businesses.

Sage Intacct can be a complex software, and it may require some training to use effectively.

Sage Intacct has been most helpful in managing monthly subscription billing. It has been most helpful in financial management, and the excellent reporting has helped in tracking client collections.

The system is very rigid and not very easy to use when minor changes need to happen.

lack of visibility into all aspects of accounting at a quick glance.

AP Bill Automation, Duplicate bill feature, Credit Card Transacions Import
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish for invoice approvals you could just select a specific user, rather than being based on account numbers. I wish after entering a manual payment it would take you back to the manual payment screen rather than the home screen. I wish on the Credit Card Import spreadsheet an allocation could be an option same as if I were writing an invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is just a much more organized system, with data more easily accesible. As well as the option to attach pdfs to go paperless.
