Functionality and Cons
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for Accounts Payable most, i like that it flags duplicate posts. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ap module has a glitch. When putting on bills with same vendorthe attachments keep changing and deleting themselves and switching by itsself. The credit (refunds) tracking is a bit wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is giving updates that allow us to make options that fit our roles individually in the company thus making things more clear and effecient.

What do you like best about the product?
It really allows companies to combine their financials into a single source of truth. And is super easy to use for time cards and time sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to discern where certain items are if you're not familiar with the UI. Also some things are hard to find occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sage Intacct internally for payroll and timesheets as well as for other functions. It is super easy to use and makes thatvery easy for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I think my favorite thing about sage intact is that it's very organized and it's so easy to imput data! The layout makes it so easy to understand and follow. I love using Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could communicate or ping my fellow co-workers who have different accesses than me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to import data into Sage Intacct makes data entry so much easier!

The reporting flexibility, options for light customization, the intuitive user interface, and the continuous improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot I dislike, but I'd love to see more documentation around ICRW.

I love what Intacct can do for the Construction Industry.

When compared to our antiquated ERP Intacct is nice its ability to allocate inventory when an order is placed.
Sage Intacct for Construction & Real Estate
What do you like best about the product?
The application meets the needs of our multiple entities. Being able to utilize dimensions across entities and accounts is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that some areas, such as construction payroll or fixed assets, are not reportable in the interactive custom report writer. I know it's in the works, but it would be beneficial to have access to those reporting areas.

I love the search functions! Very easy to find what I'm looking for. I like the drill down from most reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many required fields - why do I have to enter the date 2 or 3 times in every transaction (AP/other receipts, etc.)

Not gui enough, no drag and drop features. Financial reporting a touch clunky

What do you like best about the product?
It's a large software that offers a ton of features. They regularly update Intacct and try to communicate as much as possible of the changes. I also appreciate the customer service for when things need repair.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages tend to be confusing at times, but this has been improved over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly work from the tech side, assisting users with their report creations and edits. It has been very intuitive and the training courses provided help greatly.
