My remarkable experience with Sage Intacct.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sage Intacct across the whole company and it is used for accounting and financial management. The cash management module is very easy to use and works pretty well and makes bank reconciliation easy. AP and AR modules are also very simple and easy to use and the manage view feature is very handy to help sort by specific things to make finding entries very easy. Sage intacct is a great platform for day to day accounting and it is the most secure and effective solution i have ever encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not yet identified any area that requires improvement. Sage intacct is a complete and amazing platform for financial management and accounting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very effective, efficient, robust and user-friendly application for accounting and financial management. We use it for grant management, financial management, accounting and overall business accounting management. It has a very intuitive and user-friendly dashboard which makes it super easy to learn and understand.
Awesome and incredible financial management system.
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Sage Intacct, we are able to upload and analyze the statement and we are able to track the previous payments and alter the future payments. In fact, we use Sage Intacct for all our accounting needs i.e,purchasing, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. It's one of the best and leading financial management application that makes accounting processes easier and faster. Sage intacct is highly customizable to suit our needs. It has so many options to complete tasks to make things controlled and more streams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct requires a more detailed checklist for set up and examples to follow when setting up company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct does exactly what it was designed to do perfectly. It has allowed us to extend our reporting and increase our efficiency as we record transactions that deal with complexities of working with different departments or funds. We use Sage Intacct to manage the accounting of our organization and it helps us through the complexities related to our operations.
Sage Intacct is Second To None. Incredible And Robust Financial Management Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is Second To none. It's the best and most secure accounting and financial management software i have ever used. Sage intacct does pretty well with inventory control and reporting on inventory has really been very helpful for me to give to other managers in the organization to aid their decision making. It is suited for all sizes of companies and it makes accounting processes easier. I like the fact that it provides very strong security for all our sensitive data. It has helped us to go paperless, so now i save all invoice copies as attachments in each bill entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the ability for attachments to save with their names instead of Sage Intacct generated numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that Sage Intacct is a cloud-based application offering unlimited storage capabilities which i find very helpful in being in a paperless company. It is user-friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate through. Also, i like the layouts of the financial statements and the ease of getting the data from these reports.
Powerful tool with a long learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
It has the capability to do everything you could ever want an ERP system to do. It integrates well with banks and third-party applications. The Learning Center and certificate training are good resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive to use. In my experience, it takes a few months of use to be able to work productively. Doing a new task for the first time is almost always challenging. The reporting and dashboard features are very powerful but are cumbersome and confusing to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple entities that we have to be able to consolidate internally. One of them is a non-profit, but the others are not. Intacct is great for that purpose. We also use numerous other systems and third-party apps that we are able to integrate with Intacct, and that helps us out a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my experience with Sage Intacct has been amazing and it's a great and solid application that is capable of managing nearly every aspect of our business. I find it very helpful since it enables us to manage our expenses with ease. Intacct is so user-friendly and relatively quick with load time and report results. Also, i love the fact that i can easily enter bills and have checks ready to print in minutes. In our business, we use Sage Intacct to perform all our reporting, accounting, budgeting and retention functions for all of our funds. Sage intacct is the best accounting system i have worked with so far.

Nothing at the moment. My experience with Sage Intacct has been great and it works pretty well as expected.

Sage Intacct has helped us tremendously since it allows us to safely and securely manage our expenses with ease. It allows us to automate our processes and makes auditing very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sage Intacct in our company as a complete accounting system and we use the General Ledger for AR to create journal entries.
Use of the reporting feature is much helpful for my monthly reconciliations and for preparing my company's yearly audit.
We use Sage Intacct accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management and also general ledger modules for our main book of business.
It has made it easier for us to import data from our billing software into our accounting software.

Sage Intacct is a great and fantastic application for financial management and accounting. It allows us to utilize one product to manage multiple entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to easily export to Excel which makes sharing data with other departments effortlessly and less cumbersome.
I like the ability to combine core financial processes into one system which is beneficial to use because it helps to standardize how we enter repetitive transactions thus making it easier for new staff to follow by viewing previously entered transactions.

Accounting and financial management made extremely easy with Sage Intacct.
What do you like best about the product?
For the past 4 years, i have been using Sage Intacct and i can truly testify that it's the best and most secure financial management application. It is well suited for all sizes of companies with complexity in their accounting processes and with high volume of data. I use it for invoicing, paying bills, tracking of general ledger (GL) accounts and i easily enter all invoices and submit for payment. I like the fact that it is a cloud-based offering unlimited storage capabilities which is very much helpful in being a paperless company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is that i think getting the settings correct to print on 1099s can be a little bit challenging. Nothing much.

Any company looking for a very effective and efficient tool for accounting and financial management, then Sage Intacct is the real deal. We use it for our day-to-day operations from AP to AR and month-close reporting and tasks. Sage intacct provides very high security for our sensitive information and this makes it the best option for accounting.

In our organization, we use Sage Intacct to ensure a flawless financial and accounting system. It is our main program for our financial and account management and it is very easy and simple to set up Sage Intacct since their technical support team is readily available to help. Sage Intacct is great for multi-Entity reporting. We have been using it for the past 4 years and i have never recorded any challenges.

With the help of Sage Intacct, we are able to create robust reporting and dashboard to track each companies performance. It has been exactly what we needed to expand our business capabilities and it makes it extremely easy to track fixed assets, track inventory and increase automation.

The best and most secure application for accounting and finance management.
What do you like best about the product?
In our organization we use Sage Intacct to manage our expenses. It makes it extremely easy to create invoices and quickly send them. I like the fact that it is very possible to manage payroll by just generating good profitability systems. I really like its user friendliness, intuitiveness and ease of customization. Sage intacct is a great and fantastic application that constantly generates productivity and good results in the organization. It is convenient with multi-Entity, custom reporting and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges i have encountered using Sage Intacct is refunding customers which is not intuitive or an easy task.

Sage Intacct is a recommendable and reliable solution for expense management. We have used it for more than 4 years and it works pretty well and smoothly. I like the ability to track fixed assets, increase automation and track inventory across warehouses and locations.
