Highly recommend for all businesses to utilize for their accounting needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Cash management is super helpful and streamlined. The bank reconciliations help reconcile cash and other balance accounts to track the debits and credits. Dashboards are easy and are a great tool to have open every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was a way to more easily track sales tax for states without having to buy another subscription. It could save a lot of hours if it could follow the sales tax for the multiple states and process that into Accounts Payable automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have made strides in approving cash management and bank reconciliations in the two years I have used this program. They are making more robust matching rules, and I would like to see more.

What do you like best about the product?
It reduce discrepancies on invoices, pos and account receivables by applying 2&3 matching prior to any send.
What do you dislike about the product?
It allocate all tools that I require on a daily basis at workstation to reduce manual accounting tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tax calculation, inventory control and AP & AR automation.
Sage Intacct is the real deal application for accounting and financial management.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is an excellent and outstanding solution for accounting which enables us to quicken our accounting processes. It is super easy and fast to implement, set up and get started with. I like the fact that it is highly customizable to suit your needs. Also, since we started using it, we have been able to avoid human errors since everything is done digitally. I like the cloud based platform which is amazing and great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is an outstanding and excellent accounting ERP that every company should implement. We have had a very great experience with it and nothing to dislike about the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breadth of services. Sage Intacct supports powerful and excellent features which enables us to perform our accounting processes with ease. It is a cloud-based application which ensures that the security it provides is very high. Also, the updates are very timely and relevant.

The system is very easy to learn and move around to different segments.

I like the feature of the wild card when looking up a supplier. It helps with time and productivity.

The only thing I don't like is when I time out of the system.

I have to report by location and the feature is quick to find the report and quick to get the detail to the users.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm impressed with the new update that allows for the invoice attached to appear next to the entry. I wish the program would arrange the screen like that automatically without me prompting it to happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a lot of keystrokes. I'm consistently clicking, clicking, clicking, which takes time. There are specific processes where keystrokes could be eliminated to improve efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not entirely sure what problems are currently being solved by the company.
I find Sage very helpful and user friendly.

Sage is easy to navigate and pull reports from. The importing process is easy and convienent. I find Sage very user friendly and the customer service contact us section is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I enter invoices, I find there is not enough room to see the full invoice without selecting each one individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there are any issues with an import, Sage Intacct emails a detailed reason why there was an issue with the import. I find this very helpful!
Sage Intacct is a very intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sage Intacct extremely easy to navigate. I enjoy how frequently the software is updated. The team seems to listen to customer feedback, and the improvements regularly made show that. I also enjoy the descriptive training at my fingertips shared by the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the least helpful aspect of Sage Intacct is the lack of automation. Having the ability to set up automated journal entries when uploading bank files for reconciliation would be greatly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the largest challenges for which Sage Intacct has provided benefits lies in the time it has saved us in mass uploads. It is miles beyond having to manually enter individual receivables invoices.
