Learning A Lot
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the different permissions available to be assigned. I like drilling down to see how a number is derived.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning, so I do not have any particular dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The functionality of being to research with different methods is beneficial.
Sage Intacct user friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a very user friendly system. I am not sure I have ever experienced any downtime with the system. The cloud based platform is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for banking integrations to be a little easier. We are going to have to call to get some help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows us to be nimble and scale our business as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
How it is seamless to detect and eradicate discrepancies on invoices, POs and receivables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Words only can't explain but together with rating can depict that I have no drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2- & 3- way matching reduce errors when paying vendors.
100% Recommend Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Our switch to Sage Intacct has improved efficiencies. In our legacy system, we were very paper-driven. With Sage Intacct, we use workflows for approvals and store all invoices in electronic file cabinets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is such a powerful and robust system. The only downside is that we don't know everything it can do yet. So it's a learning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has helped us with Accounts Payable automation. We previously had paper shifted throughout the organization to get approvals. We now have invoice approval workflows which have improved efficiencies. Also, we offer our vendors ACH payment which has been fantastic!
"A Solid Product for Marketing and Advertising"
What do you like best about the product?
Usually, we use Sage Intacct to address all the payments on our advertising and marketing department on different social media platforms. It saves a whole lot of time. It can handle large amounts of statistics immediately, so it's clean to work with. Instruments like Excel and Salesforce are well suited with Sage Intacct. I can import information into Excel and integrate capabilities with Salesforce, which is very decisive for developing projects for the marketing and advertising department. That's why Sage Intacct is a solid product for marketing and advertising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Best proper for each person looking for custom and targeted reports, but occasionally, it receives challenging for brand new customers unless you undergo the appropriate schooling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for reference data points on the history of marketing and advertising projects. Sage Intacct is an excellent Financial Management Platform for our marketing and advertising department. So Sage Intacct is a solid product for marketing and advertising.
Adequate Accounting System, frustrating customer service
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use - you can set up adequate controls, and great visibility into transactions especially with the new releases for split screens when reviewing bills and other attachments
What do you dislike about the product?
Add ons can be clunky and it can be tough to get anyone to take your problems seriously. You typically are passed from team to team until someone finally agrees to take your concerns and issues seriouslys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the ability to work on a multi-user accounting platform, while enabling consolidation of multi-entity books. In addition, FX can be monitored and recorded within the system which is not always the case.
Great Software, Complicated to Build Reports
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Order Entry module and how you can set GL Groups and the ease of setting up templates. I find that being able to color code the different entity levels super helpful so you do not accidentally post a transaction in the wrong entity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interactive custom report writer is complicated to understand/build. There are so many options presented that I feel innodated and overwhelmed when trying to build a simple financial report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solved the problem of being on the World Wide Wibe and we are able to access it anywhere! Previously we used QuickBooks desktop and we were limited to our access. I also like how the reporting can be rolled up to the Top Level.
Absolute garbage
What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing to like about SageIntacct. It is bloated, cumbersome, and difficult to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Got nothing right with this product. Even journal entries are difficult to do. No formatting available for financial statements, bank reconciliations don't work, creating the reports we were promised is exceptionally difficult. 100's of data options not used is not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None? Was the closing and reporting cycle too fast? Is that a problem?
