What do you like best about the product?
How simply it is to use and easy to understand especially when customer ask to look at the accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not dislikes at the moment. I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How accurate it is and how precise we can be.
Robust & Smart
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features of Intacct give the power into your hands to create useful reports! If you somehow enjoy building and developing your reports you will love this system!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the credit card features of creating a bill for charges can be cumbersome! If there was a way to streamline the charges to create a bill while reconciling charges would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe they are always working on things to make the system better. They did improve the credit card charge payoffs since we started using the system. It has cut the time it takes to do a charge payoff by over half the time!
Flexible reporting, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface. Ability to create custom financial reports. Dimension based so you can keep your COA small and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions aren't available to the user if you choose multi currency and it's confusing to the user. They have multi currency but now they can't maintain a foreign currency credit card or can't use the undeposited funds functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an implementer so I am helping clients use sage intacct to solve their business processes. A lot of the feedback is around reporting and not having to manually create reports if an alternate display is required
Sage is the best solution, not cheap the best solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have so many options of third party services that integrates with Sage Intacct. Sage Intacct continues to improve their products and increase productivity in development to help businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tag! I'm glad we can afford it but to have many of the products they have would cost us the business. We can't afford them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that is immediate is my bank file. They don't have a way to produce a balance ACH file for the bank. I don't understand why. My bank doesn't understand why either.
Very versatile platform for business

The functionality to run a vast array of reports depending on what you need
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to pay multiple checks from top level at once instead of marking to pay line one from facility A thrn submit and then repeat. If all the necessary selections could be made from one screen to pay one entry from mulitple locations on multiple checks without going back and forth.

The ability to have everything in one place and conpile the data easily
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool but the tool is only as good as the user. If you work. It will work for you.
Sage Intacct def has Improvement from Sage300 but some things are clunky if not worse
What do you like best about the product?
AR Officer - Being able to track emails, and duplicate invoices easily, the reports are better on screen. Entry of other receipts is easy and useful. Being able to edit invoices after posting is super useful. Having our managers being able to track their own invoices and if something has been missed is great and this wasn't available in our old system. (of course getting them to manage this themselves is a whole other problem)
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the real estate of Sage is wasteful. I barely fit it on my screen, and whereas I used to have Sage300 multiple screens (bank entry/view inv etc) plus my bank entry screen I can only fit one sage entry screen and a reduced size bank rec which I enter off. Its been a very frustrating experience. I also find some of the report options confusing. Not being able to export what I see on screen in the format it shows me is also frustrating. Why can't I email credits? So bizarre that I have to print and manually send. Its like I'm back in the 2000s. Even Sage300 let me email credits!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The New Dunning letters are good. Although I find I have to override the letter types as we only do this once a month they have fallen into a different category once I go to do these so its unlikely the reporting will be 100% correct. Being able to show I have sent an invoice /or dunning letter is useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Def some improvements over Sage300 and being Cloud-based it is great. Some of the reports that we were advised are 'customizable' and are complicated and you should budget for customizable reports for your team.
It has been a wonderful, user friendly experience.

I enjoy how user-friendly and how easy it is to navigate.

I don't like how it logs me off after 7 hours.

It is solving easy and fast reporting.
User friendly and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to learn. SageIntacct is constantly doing updates so that the user has the best interface possible. I'm not one to enjoy change, but usually really appreciate the changes on SageIntacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
One update I didn't appreciate was the Bank Reconciliation update. I thought they made it harder to find each transaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make reporting and keeping track of all our ministries very easy.
Consistent and True
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how billable and non-billable hours can be collected with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UX seems rather old school to me.

It has been consistently aggregating employee hours for payroll and appears to accurately report those.

This software can help you get ahold of your time and expense management with scaling capability.
Great software, but there are still a few small problems
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct can provide real-time, comprehensive financial reports for any section of our factory. It has centralized our bookkeeping, allowing us even more time to do other tasks. The financial auditing process is now automated and integral to our organization's operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel that too many clicks are required to reach my desired destination. I wish there were shortcuts or easy connections to utilize. Other than that, I have no issues with the system's usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct provides simple access to all the accounting reports we want. We have found Sage Intacct to be an excellent decision-making tool.
