Excellent Accounting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Best Software for all type of report regarding financial statement - like Balance Sheet, P&L etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using from last 2 months and till now don't find anything

Entring all data regarding financial statement with easy excel import function.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed is very fast, we can integrate it with many of the systems, and it's very user-friendly, we can download data in many formats from it. we can also automate billing as well as many of the tasks in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some of the tasks there is lacking in which we are not able to edit it as per our requirements and we are not able to update anything. though its user friendly but still we are not able to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are updating billing as well as user management, master management of employees as well as accounts processing end-to-end process. we can integrate it and upload the data using the uploadable format.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate and understand the processes within the application. The Journal Entry process is really useful and so is the Dimension Balances report for taking a snapshot at the accounts and balances.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the check printing process, I would notify the user if they do not have a signature in place to print a check. This will delay the whole process and may cause issues on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is one place we can keep our journal entries, support files for all journal entries, and also a place to help us develop our financial reporting process. Very useful to have everything in one place.
Difficult build. Has good accounting/fiscal control. But a tough learning curve.

Dimensions available during setup were able to use more than one location for split bill codings. Reports look simple but can be built up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex Reporting, difficult to report using multiple dimensions in one table.

Problems being solved, entering multiple Locations per bill. Benefits, able to drill down into various coding invoices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look to identify needs for your financial growth. Sage has great capabilities, but can be a big jump for start ups and non-profits. Do your research and explore pros and cons.
Really Like Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the AR ledgers are to pull and also creating and posting invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
not always knowing what report to pull when looking for something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reconciling accounts and finding errors.
Intacct is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a lot of reporting capabilities and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when a $0 invoice is created, CC is declined, or some other details are not included in customer ledgers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to recognize our revenue on scheduled payments and auto-generated invoices which has been a huge time saver.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The software has been designed in a very simple way so it's help full to easily generate the data. The report generates from Intacct is very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in Intacct. All the features available help me to do my day-to-day activities very easily. So I would strongly recommend this application to my friends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will be using it for Accounts Receivable works and also generate the reports. It also helps me to check the invoice payment details and status of the invoice.
It simplistically efficient

How intuitive it is for user to learn and use.

Could use a bit more options on reporting recurring revenue.

I have been using Sage intacct for almost a year now for a non-profit organization.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. I just submit the information and the person that approves it gets an immediate notification. Also, when my submission gets declined or approved I know right away through email notifications. I can also see who declined it and the reason why.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ID and departments were more intuitive. Sometimes I am not sure what qualifies for a specific item ID. This may be more of an internal problem but I thought I should mention it. Also, I hate having to figure out different names for every attachment. I wish I could use the same names but what would differentiate it from the other would be the PR or PO number or even the vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us manage our finances a lot better. We can see what is being submitted, by who, and when. It also that we have a history so I can depend on them to submit a similar purchase requisition.
Intacct's design and layout continue to allow for a low learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use templates to upload large journal entries with a lot of lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to duplicate journal entries that were saved as a Draft before they were submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep our books cleaner by properly booking expenses and liability to the appropriate company/entity via the company code.
