User friendly accounting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Bank recs can be automated, which helps us to reconcile in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
In bank reconciliation matching, we can not set rules to knockoff reversal entries within Intacct tab
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this product for complete Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger reporting, Travel and expenses and Creating purchase orders, cash management, etc.
Accounting Tool for Multiple Entities
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very user-friendly and we can get used to the interface very quickly. It is easy to navigate in the tool and since all the options are available in one place it's easy to know the options available and gets the works done fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there is no separate application that can be installed in the system it becomes very tedious to work in Chrome by using multiple tabs. There can be an improvement in Journaling if I pass an entry through Journal there will not be any separate document that will be generated which leads to further work in finding the journal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For AP Invoicing, Employee Reimbursement and reporting. Easy to navigate and can generate reports very quickly. The integration of Basware and and Intacct is very smooth.
Multiple entity accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is a User-friendly interface. Use to handle multiple entity accounting, consolidation and reporting. Help on every page is to make it easy for new users to learn. Vendor details updation is easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag in posting the journal through blackline software. Only one vendor email id is sent for the payment remittance, more than one email id should be allowed to be sent for payment remittance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Intacct for accounting and reporting financials. We also use accounts payable, time & expense and accounts receivable. Vendor payments and employee expense reimbursement payments.
Intacct Finance module
What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly and easy to navigate all the finance modules, not complicated

Bank reconciliation module can be made more simpler to use across the globe

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for growing business needing complex, customizable reports are highlighting. Easy to learn.

Streamlining workflow with automated, multi-level approvals.

Will get vendor data, and related vendor invoices in one place. We use Intacct for AP payments and employee expense reimbursements. We also use Intacct for Accounts Reciviable.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Intacct is the ease of use. As a new user, the tabs/categories and headings under each one make it easy to find what you are looking for. The help/support features are also nice; they are actually helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the software recognized duplicate T&E reports/expenses submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying all 1099 clinicians and the ability to generate year-end 1099 forms.

This app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The features are well designed and work smoothly. Overall, a great experience. The app has a simple interface and is easy to use, even for first-time users. Everything is well organized and efficient.

Overall experience is good. Continuous improvements and updates would be appreciated.

I will be using this software in my day to activities to generate the reports and to check the status. All are properly aligned so it's helps me to understand very easily.

Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation of the system. Very user-friendly and easy to teach to new or fellow employees. Modern look to the face of the system as well, doesn't seem outdated or lagging in any way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There arent things that I dislike but I do wish that the screens were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is used as the primary accounting tool and the benefits are central to the needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely beneficial to use and the ease of the system makes daily navigation a dream.
Intacct Business Review
What do you like best about the product?
Timekeeping and integration with other systems makes intacct super user friendly. Real-time insights across multiple clients/project is the my favorite part as our timekeeping supports integrations to Workfront.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple currencies that Sage can handle, however not all of them. With working together with several global clients, we have ran into some issues doing business with a couple of locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timekeeping mostly for all employees at CrossCountry consulting, but also removing spreadsheets from use because Intacct validates on a bi-monthly basis our needs at Zendesk
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some other systems are not equipped to take on the accounting details that Intacct controls. Manual and on-premise software is a thing of the past. I wouldn't use anything other than Intacct for financial management.
