Best Subscription Billing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We are using it for accounting and tracking billable hours of our PM Team.
Its ledger helps us in multi-entry.
Everything is online no need to carry any paper or documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets tough for the new users unless you go through proper training.
Wish all the reports can be made by duplicating the existing reports, but all cannot be duplicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for accounting and tracking billable hours of our PM Team.
The array of custom reports that we can create in it leaves our Leadership Team surprised.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integration to salesforce is seamless.
Best for simple to hard accounts payable and accounts receivable work.
Best suited for anyone looking for custom reports and detailed reports

Disappointed by lack of mobile support

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based service with web browser GUI
What do you dislike about the product?
Very disappointed that in this era of cloud based technology, Intacct doesn't have a mobile app, and the mobile browser features are so lacking it's essentially useless. I would like to see a mobile app that allows at a minimum, the ability to fill out expense reports, and timesheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out an expense report or timesheet in Acrobat, and emailing it to the office. Not much of a benefit to any of the field (non-office based) employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company is entirely office-based, this may be a good choice for you. If you have field workers who do not have their own offices and PC's, then this feels like a poor fit. Imagine how helpful it would be to use a mobile device to snap a photo of a receipt or invoice, fill out a few drop-down cells, and submit? Instead, you'll need to use a mobile device or scanner, then transfer that image to a PC, log into a session-based web GUI, fill out the few drop-down cells, attach and upload the image, then submit.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, one of the best parts about Sage Intacct is the flexibility and the intuitiveness of the system. This system seems to have been built with the end user in mind and has a very logical layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like there are a few too many clicks to get to where I want to go. I kind of wish there were quick links or shortcuts to utilize. Otherwise the system is very easy to use and I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Sage Intacct we've improved our reporting and our account structure to better meet our organizational needs and more accurately reflect our company's financial activity. I'm now spending less time doing data entry because of Intacct's simple yet effective import and duplication options. This has helped create efficiencies and consistencies among our entries and records.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I can only speak to my own experience, we researched many products before choosing Sage Intacct. I'm so glad we ended up with Sage Intacct because it has been everything we hoped it'd be and more. It is exceeding our expectations and has made our department more efficient than we could've hoped.

Best Accounting Tool ever.

What do you like best about the product?
It includes useful new features such as automated payment setup for wire transfers. This has significantly reduced the time spent on manual payment processing, as we can now directly generate the bank file and upload it to the bank portal. Overall, this feature is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better to have a field that allows adding multiple bank details. We often receive requests to transfer certain payments to a secondary bank account. Currently, to process such payments, we need to change the existing bank details, which is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We specifically use it for consolidation, Accounts payable & time and expense reporting coupled with Basware and Blackline. AP payment add-on tools like CST and Betreel SmartEFT is a great way to automate and save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BTerrell SmartEFT for Sage Intacct is a great add-on to save AP payment processing time.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use interface is the best feature in Sage Intacct, its easy to learn even for a new user, I mostly use the reporting tools on sage intacct, it provides a good range of options for reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the number of options available are limited and some things have bugs that are not quickly fixed if the same is corrected, it will be a good tool to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work as a full accounting solution provider with Sage Intacct and are saving on costs with one tool instead of many which improve productivity. We can work more if all functions sync properly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a complete ERP tool with all functions including AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Reporting, Contracts Management and time & expense management etc. It does have an easy-to-use interface and implementation is fairly simple.

Sage Intacct - Best Accounting Software

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic intercompany entries are great. The Dimensions make reporting much easier. We look forward to using the AP Automation when it is ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fixed asset module does not always work well with the other parts of Sage Intacct. Applying credits over multiple entities also causes problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to break out performance by individual dimensions helps us track costs. More productivity and better reporting are the results.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, we're fairly new to using Sage Intacct, the reporting features as well as the automated SaaS friendly features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration process seemed overly confusing at times and resulted in work having to be done twice due to the confusion. Also, I've found the training that Sage Intacct provides to be lacking in clarity and overly confusing. I often found that after getting confused with a training explanation that the actual process is far simpler to explain to a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaaS reporting as well as increased automation of day-to-day accounting operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider partnering with a company called Platform Transitions who, I believe, will make your migration to Sage Intacct from another system far smoother and faster. Also, ask Sage to appoint a project manager or someone that is very familiar with your current system (e.g., QuickBooks) to act as an "interpreter". A major problem that we had was not fully understanding the Sage Intacct terms being used which led to errors in the migration process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessing data through the general ledger and ease to reclass items.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot reclass items in a foreign currency, once set up is complete it is very inflexible, the help section does not actually help and a lot of the work is not intuitive. I also find the budget upload process to be very tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing our actuals, it is a great storage center for our data and allows us to access info easily.
