Accounts Payable Process in my Organization has made it more easy to record the transactions.
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped to do the auto posting from "Snowflake" application which is a very key improvement I would say in the latest era. The application is very user friendly and easy to integrate with multiple downstream systems and implement the tool wherever we can. The application is used on a daily basis to record transactions and the support team quickly respond to any queries raised to use the application to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to bring the latest technology features of AI with all possible changes to use the application very effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passing the Journal entries will make confusion but the recommended system entries will help to resolve them faster and want this to be still more accurate in coming days!

What do you like best about the product?
I guess I don't have anything to compare sage intacct to, but it seems straight forward and I understand it for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There always seems to be something wrong. It takes forever to load, sometimes I have to refresh or reload a page multiple times before it finally comes up. Every time they release a new version something doesn't work right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is allowing us to apply checks correctly to where they are supposed to go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on the size of your business, it may work fine, but once you out grow it, it's not the best option.

I like the fact that it is online an can open up as many tabs as I like.

Theres nothing I can find to dislike about this new system.

We are trying to implement sage with yooz for the accounts payable side of accounting. It is a little difficult when trying to change from codes to IDs

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Intacct is that it is a very user-friendly software and learning how it operates is very simple. Some upsides about Intacct is that is is a very organized system and easy to train others to learn and use it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside about Intacct is that, for a big company, as it grows and more and more data is added to the software, it does slow down, and there are more waiting times involved to get tasks completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is helping solve and balance millions of dollars in unapplied cash very effectively. It has been a straightforward system to use and get the job done at a good pace.
Its super easy and efficient to track my time card at my job. which is awesome!

I can track my time card through Saga. And I don't have to overthink how I calculate my time based on my different projects and office work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike yet. I am still learning, and it's helping me a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to fill paper time card every other week and get a signature from my manager anymore. I can enter time and save it to add or adjust next time, which I think is good.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access the timesheets, and expenses and other things as well.

Nothing specific. The only thing I would say is to make the search faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the employee expenses needed to be reimbursed perfectly is one of the main benefit of Intacct.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the simple use and easy way to report and generate the reports with just simple clicks. Also you can use a lot of features such as sending emails and processing reconciliations, and exporting everything into excel forums which help in the finance aspect to check the errors and evaluate the situations, also the visuals is better than other erp systems as it is not basic as SAP which ease the use of the erp system and also no codes to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that it is not that good about using a lot of entities such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle system ERP systems. They are more than basic but more efficient in a different way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the payments in an efficient way also keep tracking the vendor payments and transactions at ease, I also liked the inventory module, the coding, and the items which is so easy and great for reviewing and converting them into invoices.
The benefits i realized were that i had a lot of management for inventory, and I kept an eye on every item received and invoiced or not.

really easy and you should start with it, it is a complete package and also so easy to use , no training is needed cause the ease of use for it and if u started with it i think u will never change it later.

The organization is accessible and easily viewable.

It's been a slow process for this software to maneuver large invoices. I noticed that it's extremely slow at loading and RR.
If they could fix some of their issues and work with larger accounts, it would be a good software/network for accounting. Unfortunately, the program is too slow, and that's why we are leaving- we outgrew.

It could be faster, could be a bit more reliable to stay in exact numbers with Invoices.
We had to correct a lot of what Intacct did manually. I would definitely focus on improving the increases that companies have to deal with

Switched to Sage Intaact 3 years ago from Great Plains. It's been amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up, and we learned to use it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have sync errors, but they are our own fault!

We can segment our business and see how our programs are operating.
