All your Accounting needs in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
You have a dashboard that lists all the functions available. Very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes getting help with a particular issue is a little hard

You can do all your accounting needs on one platform. Very time effective since you don't have to switch out of whichever accounting program you are on
Intacct, great, easy to use time tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add notes, no need to browse time codes, as all your open ones are assigned to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to recall once submitted if there's a mistake.

Time tracking, web interface is easy to use from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is straightforward to navigate through and find what you are looking for. It takes only a few minutes, for example, to enter a timesheet or an expense report. Our team was able to set up rules to help users fill out their information in the correct format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Our company and our team are satisfied with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to help our accounting team bill our consulting work correctly and for employees to enter their time spent at different client sites and expenses report in a streamlined manner.

How simple it is to track spending and search specific things.

Sometimes can be overwhelming with so much info.

Issues with not being able to track spending. Benefits are being more aware of spending, tracking what needs to be tracked and having a better knowledge of budget.

Highly capable analytics function, easily exportable to csv.

It is not very intuitive, and teaching new starters can be difficult. Major risk if the main user is not available.

1. Taking time to edit the entry if it is a big entry and we need to reduce zoom size and edit it
2. Even if we have a better internet connection sometimes Intacct taking time to open or generate a report
3. If the system is shut for some time then we need to login again and its somewhat time-consuming

Presently Intacct is the easy to use and best in class for your accounting and book keeping for small, medium and large scale business

What do you like best about the product?
Project Module & contract module are best. And we can input the extensive data by using Excel Upload templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
After contract uploads, if we want to make any changes need to do manually on each lines items in the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do invoicing for a client with a single click, which is very beneficial for a large volume of invoices to generate. And recognization of revenue has become simpler when compared to other software. For cash management, we can apply plenty of checks by just uploading the respective template. Frankly, to speak, there is hell no of benefits we have after migrated to Intacct from the old software. Thanks & great rewards to the research & development team of INTACCT.
Very Enjoyable to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and you can have several different companies. I also love the JE import feature, a total life changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to customize exports to excel when digging through data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing budgets to get budget vs. actual instead of keeping track on a spreadsheet. Managers that are not within the office can be anywhere to look at their financial information.
