Ease with multiple entity consolidation

What do you like best about the product?
The separate entity breakout and ease of AR/Order entry invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no way to assign a company logo at the entity level for an email template. This functionality should greatly be considered for those with multiple entity consolidation. Especially when clients are suggesting that our logo be included as it may appear spam-like without one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of assigning items to order entry invoicing and easy to navigate posting configuration.

Timesheet is easy to view and edit and input

What do you like best about the product?
I was using the timesheet most often, so for me, it is very easy to use, I can clearly see all the past timesheet in one page, and click on each and to view, or edit which is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will receive email saying my timesheets being partially/fully approved, and details were hidden until I sign into the intacct to see what exactly being approved. I wonder if the preview could be shown on the email notification page, and could be more accurate if it is either partially approved or fully approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't came across problems so far, hasn't using it for too long, but has good expectation for this application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for big companies to set up timesheet submission by employees, easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation
Menu are useful and easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
Process of uploading multiple bill images at once and then coding would be a good improvement
Cash Management piece could
Payment(ACH) and check printing integration within Sage instead of using outside parties(Amex etc)

Ability to build custom reports has been a useful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Great system that has allowed us to automate many previously manual processes. We were able to customize the application to provide us with the details needed for reporting and analyzing our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complicated to troubleshoot error messages. Reporting can be difficult as there are so many fields to chose from and little to no definitions of what the field yields in the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined many of our processes and eliminating the paper processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to arrange the dockets by subject, etc. I also like the open format of the time tracking template. Although confusing at times (see below), I do like how I can arrange them in a way that makes sense to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
How confusing it is to track if you have a lot of dockets. I have lots of dockets on my studies that I work on and can often track to the wrong ones easily. It is hard to go in and correct because I cannot see my description
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just track my time on Sage. The benefit is that my employer needs it and that I can see how much time I spend on each task

Organize your time sheets in a way that makes sense to you and make a cheat sheet of what all the modifiers mean.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is simple to learn. Easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it is very limited when you need to research a PO and/or invoice. The reports that are available is very small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage takes care of a small segment of our business. It serves the quantity of transactions we need well

What do you like best about the product?
Easy format to see what is spent in various periods of time.
Detailed reports of invoices entered for keeping track of categorized expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are unable to edit codes and categories after a bill has been paid and posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping better record of where the invoices are coded to. Intacct allows me to be as detailed as possible when assigning the invoices pay codes. The benefit to using Intacct is the summary of invoices entered and seeing outstanding balances no matter the entry date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very user friendly, easy to learn.

Easy to use Sage Intacct

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a highly effective online application designed for comprehensive data management, encompassing accounting, finance, and more. It facilitates the management of expenses, accounts payable, receivables, and client data. Additionally, it supports the collection of employee data, including time entries. Sage Intacct can seamlessly integrate with other software and online tools, such as QuickBooks and Xero, and offers API connectivity for enhanced functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using Sage Intaact from last 5 yeas but i dont find any downside of this tool or application. But sometime we are getting delays on support side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company manages the accounting data for various clients and tracks employee time entries using this application. The application automatically generates reports, aiding upper management in making strategic decisions. It also addresses challenges such as developing dashboards for different KPIs, which are created automatically based on the data. Consequently, there is no need to use any third-party applications for dashboard creation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sage Intacct is beneficial to the organizations to those who use it. Here the subscription value is relatively high, so I don't recommend that small businesses to use it.

Sage Intacct is one of the best Accounting ERP systems in 2021

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has one of the best Accounting ERP systems in the industry, and here's why: you easily look up past entries and access support files very quickly. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and you don't need much training to become an expert. For example, running the GL activity is very customizable and lets you pick and choose which accounts you need to review. From there, you can quickly drill down on individual entries and much more. For posting entries, you can easily save drafts, use upload files for large entries or manually submit entries for approval. My favorite feature is the ability to duplicate past entries, and changing the date automatically changes the memo fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system sometimes hangs on large data sets and there is no way to return to a previous menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned what journal entries previous employees made, and see the support files in the same location has helped me understand my job better
