What do you like best about the product?
I think it's a bit exaggerated to radicalize, but I really like everything about Sage Intacct. I consider this platform to be one of the best business organization solutions, it's the best. Through Sage Intacct I can have control of my company's accounts payable, accounts receivable and bookkeeping.
The operating system is very easy to understand, from the first moment I entered the platform after 2 hours I understood absolutely everything, since the system is very intuitive, it is also fast.
Another great benefit of Sage Intacct is that you can use it to work on several projects at the same time without anything affecting your records, because you can work individually and having a single account.
Finally, I can not fail to mention its cost, it is very affordable for all the benefits you have when you hire their services.

Honestly Sage Intacct is one of the best services you can find, so there is nothing not to like, I am grateful to have found it. If you compare their service with that provided by other similar platforms, well you will see that in terms of accessibility, cost is interface the most efficient is the Sage Intacct service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started my business I must confess that my knowledge on the subject of business organization was almost nil, but that was not a problem because thanks to Sage Intacct I managed to organize the whole subject of payments and invoices in an easy and simple way. And the best thing that it was able to contribute to my business was its cost, since it did not generate big changes in my budget.

Sage intacct is well equipped to handle all of your basic accounting needs, like your general ledger and accounts payable and receivable.

Having to create support tickets slows down the process, but it is understandable why they are needed. Being able to report on STAT account books separately would be very beneficial to our business

We are able to solve overall company financial questions via the custom report writer. We have eliminated the use of manual spreadsheets for reporting purposes for the most part

Try to get everything implemented correctly the first time around, even if it takes a little more time/effort/correspondence. It's a nightmare to edit the configuration later due to the workflow not being set up accurately.
