Intacct is a very User-friendly tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is very User-friendly, my company is able to better streamline our accounting processes because of it and how I can manage Projects/Vendors/Charts of Accounts, as well as Bills all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tech team and how long it takes to resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up the way we pay bills, make payments, enter Vendors and pull reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent Product and great value for the money spent on it. Truly saves you time and your Employees time and allows you to spend time on other things that needs to get done when you have the right systems in place. I highly recommend Intacct to everyone that does Accounting, it is better than any other Accounting tool that I have previously used before and there are a ton out there and this one outshines them all.

Go for it!!
not quite like Oracle...there is a lot of developing that needs to continue to happen

Reports are easy to be created. To be honest, this ERP has a lot of developing left to complete
What do you dislike about the product?
The purchasing and Payable modules need further development. You have to rely on other third parties to automate a lot of processes. Compared to Oracle cloud, Sage has a lot of work....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The information is readily available and the reports are easy to use

We should not need to use other third parties. The ERP should be more user friendly. As a hospitality company, it is IMPOSSIBLE to use the purchasing module. Everything is extremely manual
Best for small business
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to connect our international business units with the implementation of Sage Intact
What do you dislike about the product?
that we need to pay for multiple user licenses, just so both the business unit team and USA team can see the exact same thing. it'd be nice to just have to pay for a viewer's license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to quickly see (in real time) all data happening in our business units, that are on a different platform than USA. We are able to quickly close the month with this product

know what you need before you buy a license - you may already have the information you need

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very helpful and easy to navigate. The sections for audit trail is actually my favorite because it greatly affects someone’s information. Also, you can customize the layout and is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ehhhhh I can’t say that I have anything for this section - ask me in 3 months
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can’t answer this except to say it’s tremendously helpful with our timekeeping and expense reimbursements
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy and detailed in using the interface. It allows me to plug in our finance details to keep track and keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more tedious in using the software. It’s detailed, and looking for old orders or having to back track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ca help with organizing everything, especially for being able to keep things on track on a monthly basis. Especially big orders. Approval processes brings accountability.

Sage Intacct provides a complete way of managing both the accounts of the customers and the accounts of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct provides and easy way to access all the payment information needed, nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounts Payable, Bills, and Receivables are all managed and kept in a safe and easy to use environment. This has helped ease the conversations of money with customers. Quick and Easy access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Intacct condenses all of the information needed to find the current bills, refunds, and balances of customers in a simply and easy format. It saves times as you can even bookmark exactly where you need to go within the system itself. It is very easy to use and does not take long to learn the software, how it works, and where to quickly find the information you and your customers need.
Accounting with Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use reporting options that are available as well as the ability to customize these to tease out the data that you need. The ability to create custom views also makes for a smooth experience when you're working through multiple different customers and data sets to get exactly what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is with the print and e-mail schedules, I'd like to be able to open up the invoices or what have you that need to be sent and be able to print (preview) the invoice right on the screen and choose templates there as well versus having to select this at the start of the process and having to re-select for invoices that use a different template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to make report pulling, invoice creation, and reconciling an easy and stream lined process.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and flexible. Good at consolidating entities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report creation can be too flexible - giving too many choices and making it difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easily accessible invoices are for every account. I also enjoy how easy it is to interpret all of the information on this site, both for me and for the version that the clients see. It was very easy to customize the invoices that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you have to enter the customer ID each time you need to switch from an office's invoices, to their account info, etc. I have to click out of the invoices tab and click on the accounts payable and reenter the company ID to see accounts payable and I have to do the same process for looking at account info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily keep open books with our customers and provide them with all the billing information they need. It was very easy to set up the general format for our invoices, it looks clean and was easy to build. It gives our company a very professional look, as this is the main source of information that they have from us directly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Intacct has its ups and downs but I have yet to find better software. This has helped me with functions all throughout the accounting department from accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer support, and even marketing. All around a great product, could use some updates but still performs wonderfully for our office. Only a few minor discrepancies but nothing too major. Definitely worth investing in.
