Simple and useful

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the interface is - you can always easily find what you need. The product is very diverse and you can always change one existing thing into something else you'd need. The support is always there and it seems that they always try to find the best solution for your issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a while, when you have imported a lot of information in the system, it can get a bit slow. It's been 2.5Y of using the product, running the daily reports take a bit longer, but you can always store and process them "offline" to avoid errors and frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reconciliation process is easy, just import a batch of transactions and job is done. Quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and self explanitory it is! My work load has gotten a lot faster and easier, all thanks to Sage!
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres not a thing I dont love. It is just so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, I am finding the way Sage has helped me do my day-to-day role, has made it a lot easier and quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer support and easy to use help and support search makes it easy to navigate having a new system.
Lots of reports available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer account view can be confusing when trying to differentiate paid and unpaid invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
showing up to date bank receipts and easily matching them to invoices saves time

Safe and secure transactions comes with Intacct

What do you like best about the product?
1. It integrates transactions from other website platforms like BILL, Nexonia, Simpl etc.
2. It has multiple company login options
3. Just we need to record the transactions, wherein Intacct at the background updates TB, report etc.
4. It provides the option of recording transactions in different UDB's where we can categorize the transactions based on the client's expectation.
5. Storing the supporting document in the transaction and accessing the same is user friendly ideology.
6. It has to capacity to withstand if the number of line item in a transaction is more than 1,000+ through JE template.
7. It provides security by distinguinshing the user by their respective login id's.
8. We use Intacct on a daily basis to record the transactions of the client, but still much happy with it's performance.
9. It easily beats SAP software by it's user friendly feature for recording the transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We are unable to view the Cash application transactions like CR and CD.
2. It arranges the transactions from lowest to largest in a day, rather if it arranges the transactions on chronological record, it will be very easy to identify the transactions which are posted recently.
3. Like accessing a specific P & L GL in the PL tabular option under Reports tab, option for viewing BS GL also should be enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports large volume of transactions is uploaded in a single shot.
It provides complete description of the transaction like mail reference, supporting document, vendor details etc.
It helps to record the vendor details to the fullest and modify the vendor details wherever necessary.
It generates the report on a consolidation basis where much of the manual time is eliminated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of navigation between the Applications, the ability to have drill down functionality to source documents while keeping the original application window open.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training is orientated towards the US market and customers so trying to align it to the UK use is complex. Basic features (i.e. Customer refund button, VAT submission automatically updating the VAT accounts) which were in Sage 50 have been removed with complex or manual finance intervention required eroding time savings and accuracy of processing information as it relies on the individual understanding and working out how to process these adjustments/entries.

Lots of modules look like they are from another product and just bolted on without the end user usability or finesse being added (i.e. PEA, Collections and Fixed Assets). The system is very configurable but admin heavy and a lot of system limitations meant we had to work out our own workaround solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting visibility is better, more detailed granular level reporting capibility through the use of Dimensions, ability to have Parent child relationships. The Spend management module is particularly useful in trying to manage risk of overspending as requisitioners can see what they have spent/committed against the budget before raising a PO

What do you like best about the product?
I think Sage Intacct is easy to navigate and user friendly. The "help" function is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Intacct had an integrated payroll module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct offers easy import functions which have saved us lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to load and invoice from Contracts - very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoice templates are set in place at the Customer level They need to be able to be set at the Contracts level. We have multiple Entities that share the same Customer (at the top level). However, we need the ability to generate unique invoices at the Contract level. Right now, we have to go into the Customer and select the invoice template several times a month to "flip-flop" so we can bill accordingly. A pain. Also, we just discovered that when using The Quanties in Usage templates, the system is rounding up. So an entry of "1.5" is being rounded up as a mulitplier of "2." When the unit price is $1000, that makes an enormous miscalculation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from Quickbooks, the ability to have software that is Contract aware is game-changing.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi location at a reasonable price. Intercompany process can be set up a few different ways / abd they work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report writer isn't user friendly. We use a separate report writer on top of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi location which is difficult on quickbooks.
