mostly in project reporting i see a number of features and dimensions from which we can generate the report for decision making.

Lovely Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, it is very intuitive for older members of the staff. I would use this software anytime. It has a lot of cool features and it is hard to use all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful thing is that every add on has a cost.

Fixed assets, ap, muti entity accounting.
Modern and Useful System
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has a very modern and user friendly feel, and most of the options are incredibly straightforward. We use the system constantly, and the menues and options are quick to load and very intuitive. Implementation was incredibly smooth and Datel has provided excellent customer service throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain featuers which we find to be incredibly frustrating, for example there are no easy options for inputting a customer or supplier refund, and allocation isn't availalbe - everything has to be "allocated" via payments. So, if you want to write off the full value of an invoice, you must raise an adjustment and create a nil balance payment in order to apply the credit memo. Integration with API allows for quite a few features, however documentation is a little dated and hard to follow as terminology differs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Sage intacct is solving for us surrounds reporting. Creating reports is much more simple and straightforward than Sage 200, and the use of dimensions allows for more in depth reporting.

Our organization has full version of Sage Intacct but I am using AR part only.
it is best software to record large number of according transaction and very helpful to allocate the cash received.
we can easily track all pending AR items through AR aging.

What do you dislike about the product?
customization sometime seems difficult.
if you wrongly applied payments to particular transactions then you have to manually reverse all the transactions one be one there is no other way which seems difficult sometimes.

We use integration with Salesforce all the invoices gets autosync to the software so we do no have to make much efforts to take the invoices into the software.
also the cash application is automated by our it team so we just have to check if all the transactions are perfectly recovered.
best part is that software is cloud bases so we can view and share the data accross the globe.

Sage Intact Provides Enhanced Reporting Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
The enhanced reporting features and dashboard building are the greatest functions available in Intacct. One can create custom reports that derive data from dimensional tags and automate much of accounting and reporting. The controls are robust as is the audit log.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, still need the reclassification feature on expenses paid with credit card. In the custom reporting sometimes calculations and columns can be hard to target based on what one defines versus what is produced.

Sage Intacct helps automate financial reporting, and provides an easy-to-use dimensional platform.
Excellent in Accuracy and User Freindly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and easy to understand. Customer support responds very quickly. It is very broad but easy to learn, and it is beneficial for career growth. I have been using it for 1 year. I never thought it was tough to understand. The reports view is very impressive we can run report whatever the fields we require.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will take more time to load.

I like how we have the capability of exporting reports formatted to different programs, it really helps me when I am auditing being able to export in excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing new to add, I continue to use this program and enjoy all the capabilities it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The funcionality of having AP/ AR and everything in one system. Prior to this we used multiple systems to keep track of AP and AR.. now we can use this.. Also the fact I can log in from any computer helps.. Before i had to have remote connections and could only use certain computers ith the remote server downliaded with the programs.
