The price is acceptable but the data is not complete. What I need is zipcode, that simple. But document shows if need zipcode, I can only access their website, and the price is unacceptable.

As documented, this API does not support zip codes, only city, locality names. So, if you were evaluating this server for zip code lookups you were in the wrong place. Geocode.xyz provides unlimited zip code lookups for a flat fee of $200 per month, which is cheaper than running this server for a month.
