Riskified has protected the company I work for, against fraudulent chargebacks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that Riskified, always explains really well why is declining the transaction, Or if the customer is linked to fraudulent activity, existing customers, either by email address, phone, IP address or in Riskified network. Is that helps Riskified but also our internal compliance process. Also with the new modifications to the resubmit the transaction to be review one more time is now easier and faster because with the old form it used to freeze the screen and then we have to refresh the page
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not that I dislike, but we started a white-label service with a company that is called Cebuana, and the system was declining a lot of new transfers, for new customers so is a little hard to explian for these customers that is a security measure that our system needs to run. It now fixed but in the past with the old form to re-review the order again, it used to freeze the screen and then we have to refresh the browser or close the window and open it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real benefit is that the company is protected against fraudulent chargebacks, Of course we run our own internal security filters but it's super helpful to have extra help. And the problems are that sometimes we can't know for sure if the customer is the one doing the transfer because our service is a phone app/website service, So Riskified is really good with this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a really good service a little complicated to understand on the very first, but once you catch it up is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the review re-review feature on Riskified as we receive a lot of customer phone calls that need to have their order reviewed immediately. This allows us to re-review the order and give them an answer whether or not they will be able to place an order again.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really any features that I dislike. I believe Riskified is a great and efficient service that is consistently trying to make it more seamless for order reviews and detecting fraudulent activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of our issues would be the order decline and re-review in order for our customers to place a new order. We also use it to detect any frequent fraudulent activity from customers in case we need to blacklist someone or see if there are automatic orders being placed by bots.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified identifies the "good" shoppers and makes for them the user experience easier and meantime blocks the fraudulent orders so as a seller we very appreciate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the starting period some real customers were blocked. We advise to develop the integration with Loyalty program of the website so it will be easier to identify "good" shoppers

We solved fraudulent orders, no more loose of money.

If you look for protection, you can choose Riskified and be sure that you are protected

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and operations with Riskified's Shopify connector is exceptional. We've been able to almost fully automate our fraud mitigation practices, which results in a significant amount of found time for our team to focus on growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billings are in USD only. While that's OK for us (Canadian corp), it can be a bit of a hassle for international businesses that use a different currency as their trading currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Riskified, we've significantly reduced our chargeback rate while maintaining a very high approval rate. The biggest benefits we've realized are to our operating margins and labour productivity of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified has allowed us to focus on other parts of our ecomm business. The service they provide to us is reliable and we've been able to improve our order volume and approval rate significantly without much risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chargeback guarantee is limited and not as competitive as other companies that offer similar services. Reports aren't super robust and can be improved. We used to have a dedicated account manager but now everything is centralized, making it a bit difficult to get answers quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified has significantly reduced the resources we need to verify our orders. Our process is more streamlined and it has allowed us to focus on other parts of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified is practically set it and forget it. Before deciding I figured out how much time I was spending researching each order. Then I looked at how much money we were loosing by having to decline orders due to lazy information supplied being inaccurate. Its a no brainer.. Use riskified and don't worry! Riskified allows me to accept orders I never would have in the past.. even incorrect billing information supplied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes repeat long time customers get declined for unknown reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified allows me to concentrate on my job of selling rather than worrying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are thinking about it just do it. No worries. Riskified saves you more than you think.

The best anti fraud system on the market

What do you like best about the product?
I like the efficiency of the system, Riskified is able to evaluate a transaction in matters of seconds with incredible precision, and in case they were wrong they cover you up in case of a chargeback.
While, on a human level, I greatly appreciate the level of commitment that the Riskified team puts into its work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there's nothing I really dislike about this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Riskified in order to do transaction risk analysis for our e-commerce platform, we benefit from their fraud detection & protection system that keeps us safe from fraudsters.

If you're evaluating Riskified, you're evaluating the best solution you can find on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The Riskified back-office. It is intuitive and straightforward. Very clear when it comes to understanding the chargebacks received and their payout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having different accounts. It can be confusing to inadvertently be logged into one account when you wanted to have an overall view, but this is quite the small grievance and can be fixed by being more observant and knowing which account you are viewing. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is solving fraud-related issues. After a spike in fraud due to adding air bookings on-site, Riskified managed to control the amount of fraud our organization experienced.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the system is constantly changing to ensure that the platform more user friendly. We are easily able to see a customers risk in an easy to read chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Response time to some inquiries can take up to 2 days sometimes and customers can be persistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily able to submit a customer for review and get approved within seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You don’t need much training. Utilize the risk factors provided and you’re set. It’s very user friendly

Riskified helped reign in fraud and all to expand our business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the peace of mind. I know what to expect for my Riskified payment vs what could happen when unprotected. We have been able to increase revenues by decreasing problematic checkouts from valid customers because of our aggressive fraud filtering. We have begun to expand out into other geographic markets without fear of increase fraud liabilities. We know almost instantly whether we have a valid transaction or not with 100% confidence that we will not lose the product/revenue due to fraud. Riskified is able to work automatically and provide the proper feedback into our eCommerce platform. This hands-off approach allows our CSR team to focus more on the customer as opposed to spending time validating customer purchases.
I like the way that support will work with you to customize your order filtering. It is not just an all or nothing on order submission. You can filter based on may different aspects of the order to really dial in to where you need the protection most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a way in the admin to be able to whitelist specific customers. It is not often we run into false positives, but it does happen. We have workarounds in place and understand the risk when going around the system. But it would be nice to flag an order in the application for human review to be able to reverse a decision on a buyer for future orders without having to contact support each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to cut our exposure to online fraud. We also had to have our filtering set so aggressive with our processor that we were having issues denying actual customers from completing their purchase. With Riskified we have been able to remove all processor filtering to reduce actual consumer friction while checking out so we capture more of the orders we want. We also know that we are 100% covered from fraudulent transactions. Makes it much easier to budget a small fee from Riskified than the unknown of what you could get hit with from fraudsters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk with Riskified. Audit back through your order history and get an accurate account of what you have actually lost to fraud. Then talk with Riskified to see how they can help. I would bet that once you evaluate pricing from Riskified vs your fraud exposure and add in potential to reclaim actual customers who may have been caught up in filtering...You will be miles ahead with Riskified.
