Intuitive interface and easy reporting. A large amount of data available for risk assessment

The possibility the verify which filters are applied for submission for the admin panel

Benefits are that we get less fraud.

Riskified makes secure payments easy for our websites users.
What do you like best about the product?
Previous to Riskified, we had a payment verification process that was time consuming, strict, and rejected an excess of payments leaving our customers unhappy. Since switching to Riskified, we have increased our retention in customers because of quick and painless payment verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cant think of anything to dislike. The Riskified team is quick to respond and offers help in any way that they can. The close to instant approval or rejection of a payment followed by quick support from the Riskified team lightens the workload for both our transactions team and our support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is transaction with extremely expensive items. Riskified allows us to do so effortlessly by assessing the risk of a payment and being able to quickly make a decision on whether to accept the payment or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Riskified to a company that potentially has high risk transactions and receives large payments.
The User Interface and way how to use this program is awesome :)!
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly i like the fast support from riskified and how easy it is.
Even my employees were able to check one or two cases without a proper training what is really a relief for me and my collegues.

What do you dislike about the product?
That so many orders get canceled even thou its just a different place in the same country. We have every time cases were people order from friends places to there address but apperently this orders gets blocked by riskified some times so the customer needs to get in touch with us, we need to get in touch with riskified and after approval of riskified we need to contact the customer again what takes a lot of time :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all fraud cases but also some weird cases what would never show up without riskified. In many examples we were safed by riskified and the protection it gives us.
Some customers are trying to violate our vouchers and sale process and order like crazy without limits. therefore riskified noticed people buying a lot of products through a credit card.
I know that this is not the first place reason but it really helped us out :)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The first advice i can give is that this program uses data i proper way and the service ist quiet fast. While most 2nd level support needs more than 24h riskified is always answering in time of 4 hours what is quiet impressing in my opinion. Try it out yourself to see how good it works :)!

With Rsikified we have to cancel less orders because of suspected fraud. Like that we are directly able to create additional revenue from new customers and also add additional lifetime spending customers to our customer base.

We would like to have more information for declined orders. Why exactly was an order declined?

Easy to use Fraud Detection support
What do you like best about the product?
There is sufficient information relating to fraud regarding an online order. All the information is displayed in a concise and productive way. Also getting email notifications to notify me when there is a potentially fraudulent order is nice. I also like that the Riskified employees are always available if we need to reach out to them. It is also very easy to use. It allows anyone with no background information regarding fraud feel like an expert. I also forget my password alot so resetting the password is easy through email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although all information being informed and displayed is clean and precise, I wish there was a Advanced Info option that can explain a wider range of information for us to really connect the dots. I feel that we only get to see the simplified version in which Riskified connects for us (which has always been fine). Other than that, there's really not much to dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling fraudulent orders, it allowed me to learn what to look for and what signals suspicion when a client reaches out to us. Riskified allowed me to be more aware and knoweldgeable regarding order placement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a program that handles both Fraud Detection assistance and Fraud Insurance, Riskified is the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Riskified is that they are thorough with the reasoning for the denied order. With a quick scan, it is easy to see all of the reason for which the order is flagged. Whether that be weird IP, billing addresses that do not match passed chargebacks with other companies, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel although the linking is not 100% accurate, as there are other orders correlated that we find that are not listed in this section.
Additionally when the only linking is IP is can sometimes be confusing at a quick glance.
Having the option to resub more than once every 24h would also be helpful when reviewing orders in a short amount of time.
As well as having more information as to why the resubmit/second look was denied.

Riskified has helped immensely in catching shopping patterns amongst fraudsters. The best part of the linking is being able to find other accounts associated with this person and help prevent further fraudulent activities.
The new way to resubmit an order for a second review saves a lot of time and offers quick and easy options and solutions.

I would recommend using this software if you intend to ask further questions to your customers and resubmit as their second look option works great.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified are effective in detecting fraud. In cases where fraudulent orders are approved Riskify reimburse for any chargeback incurred giving peace of mind. Account Managers provide regular feedback and communications

So far everything has been good. Monthly back up data for invoices could be better

Increase in approved orders. Fraudulent transactions are reimbursed, Riskify show passion to continually improve.

Effectively prevents fraud, support team responds quickly when we ask for assistance
What do you dislike about the product?
Appreciate that we can add additional information to overturn a Considerable Risk or High Risk decision, however, I often feel like that information I provide ie email matches contact information, billing matches shipping is readily available to the Riskified Team and should factor into their own decision making
