What do you like best about the product?
A lot of specifications for flagged orders and a very user-friendly platform.

Riskified is a really user-friendly platform. I sincerely have nothing negative to say.

The best platform, very user-friendly. Riskidied is also very precise when providing reasons for declines or anything that needs to be seen before approving an order, it is truly helpful and minimizes the processing of fraudulent orders.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best vendor relationships with great communication. Always looking to improve the process and continue to evolve with the ever changing fraud landscape. Improved overall team efficiency by reducing outbound CS verification interactions. Better overall customer experience through seamless, non interaction approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to include as my experience with the Riskified team and using the tool have been very easy. The only feedback would be the associated cost for this service. Since their tool continues to improve and more data is available through new accounts, their current customers should see annual price reductions due to the improve efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction in outbound CS interactions allowing for more inbound and associated potential revenue. Headcount reductions lowering overall labor costs required to perform verifications in-house. Order approval rate increase adding to top-line revenue

Definitely worth a review, works best when going 100% and sending all order data for review, Implementation and integration was easier than most and well supported.

For fraud prevent it helps to have visibility over various shopping patterns and account activity, finding discrepancies and protecting our website from fraudulent purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the information in the linking does not perfectly reflect our business needs, some account that are flagged or blacklisted can still fool the system. In this game of cat and mouse, improving on the linking so that opening multiple accounts will become more difficult after a flag, seems like an essential task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to the linking information helps us make our reviews and decision for new orders. If an issue occurs after fulfillment, this information can help us determine whether the claim made is likely fraudulent. Catching orders in time and accurate reviews help us save many potential losses for the company.

Riskified is quick and problems are addressed quickly if any arise

Their parameters are maybe too rigid because we've found quite a few orders that were declined were not fraudulent at all.

Riskified has definitely helped us process orders faster and they are reliable when it comes to covering anything that may slip through the cracks.

If you do manual review on anywhere over 10% of your traffic, this tool is for you. Stop worrying about fraud and let them handle it, so you can focus on driving more real and good customers to your websites.
Easy and Secure Fraud Prevention
What do you like best about the product?
I fully appreciate all the details you are able to gather about a customer. These details can come in use to gain a full picture of a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike here. The service is quite easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have cut down on our fraud while being reimbursed for any that is committed.

Not having to manually review every order is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
They report weird false positives and have completely missed some blatantly obvious ones. We had a PayPal order on Friday that was a $2k order going to an apartment complex that Riskified approved. We went back and forth, "should we cancel it? well, Riskified approved it". We sat on it overnight and the next morning we had a Chargeback from PayPal. Riskified would have paid it out, but I know that would then affect our approval rate. Used a competitor to Riskified in the past, had better approval rates (99.9% vs. 98.8%) but the cost was much higher.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified is the fraudsters worse nightmare! Riskified provides accurate fraud records as well as fast reliable reviewing. Also, covers nearly 100% fraud chargebacks and it's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost if comparing with other vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been collaborating with our e-commerce partners, so optioning for Riskified was crucial to eliminate fraud. Our job has been a lot easier by preventing all manual checks.

I haven't found any, apart from perhaps becoming dependent on a third party for Fraud prevention.

In the past we've done all fraud prevention in-house mostly by hand. That's unscalable and would prevent long-term growth.
