Easy handling of fraud cases

What do you like best about the product?
First of all I like the UI you offer me and the easy handling.

The quick support is a relieve for our customer a d Grant's a good customer service.

The safety what you give us with riskified is also very professional and I like to use riskified for our cases
What do you dislike about the product?
There is till now nothing I wouldn't like. It would be great to have on access to unlock customers from fraud suspicion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Already described I the first window.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified is quick to respond to claims submissions and reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better and the interface could use a revamp to show all available options and files easily without having to go to each order. Dispute tracking is lacking. Insights are lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fighting fraud one day at a time! Reimbursements quickly are a plus but could. be better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with something else that offers more insight into reporting and dispute tracking.

Easy and Simple Integration on Shopify

What do you like best about the product?
Deploying the app and creating order tags was simple and easy to deploy. We love the fact that we can focus our attention on other business needs versus reviewing orders daily and not having a backlog coming back from the weekend.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the initial launch we had some false positives but eventually we sorted out these exceptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had initial issues using out of the box fraud filtering in Shopify. We received a lot of chargebacks but once we implemented Riskified our chargebacks rate dramatically decreased and Riskified 100% covers fraudulent chargebacks for us. Our previous vendor required us to review every order that was flagged for review, Riskified has almost eliminated this process from our workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a 98% approval rating and very little manual intervention by your Fraud/Customer Service team then Riskified is the solution for you.

What do you like best about the product?
High visibility of customer's shopping history and pattern across the internet;
High accuracy of risk evaluation;
User-friendly interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Non-fraudulent chargebacks would usually be classed as "high-risk" order but from the merchant's perspective, non-fraudulent chargeback and fraudulent chargeback both needs to be avoided as their damage level is pretty much the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The part of linking data gives much visibility of a customers behavior at other merchants and is helpful to avoid potential chargebacks

What do you like best about the product?
The layout, very user-friendly and clear. It shows all the relevant information in big sizing and the colours used in the analysis makes it super accesible to understand. Excellent idea and outcome to check transactions and customer's behaviour
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much information in one page, however as mentioned in the previous question it is all very useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risky transactions and problem solving. Customers feel safe and secure and obviously the company benefits from such relationship and outcome.

What do you like best about the product?
The team replies very quickly and it is always open to listen to our feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
It declines many orders due to very little details such and sometimes the Post Decline Flow service declines very genuine customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the one hand, customers are very happy when they finally have the chance to place their order and, on the other hand, we are grateful to have the chance to have a glance on fraudster orders and be aware of it. The good thing is also the possibility to listen to the customer and give feedback to the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined declined order review makes things incredibly easy. Most cases are resolved almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approval is not always guaranteed, even with all the additional information provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Declined orders are getting reviewed very quickly now. That makes the turn around time for customers incredibly quick.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a reliable fraud service with quick response times, Riskified is the one to turn to.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, easy, efficient. Whenever we need additional support, the team is quick to respond and jump on a call to resolve with us

Not much we dislike. Any issue we had was resolved

Fraud, cancellations and whitelisting were our main ones that we were able to combat and resolve

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified has a very seemless integration, a great support team, and a willingness to adapt, update, and accommodate to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
In personal experience, there have tended to be occasional hiccups in matching disposition data which can effect chargeback reimbursement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The machine learning model has been super helpful in transaction flows that require a quick and accurate response such as Buy Online - Pick Up in Store.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Riskified is a great tool for both new vendors to the retail space and large companies alike. Their tools are simple to understand and the company is very willing to accommodate to your business needs by updating and modifying their tools and strategies in a personalized way. The support team is great and they are always willing to meet about any arising issues, collaborate on findings, and teach about the tools and products offered. They go above and beyond.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is quick, efficient, and customer service is responsive. It helps our customers make secure payments and us, as the merchants, make safe transactions. There are a lot of details concerning one's order which helps us in evaluating if we should approve or cancel their order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is sometimes over-protective and makes us cancel orders more often than not- but probably for a good reason!

We have avoided a lot of fraudulent transactions.
