What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you get a refund for a charge back caused by fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for submitting a charge back can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save around $20k a month in fraud prevention for a fixed cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified is fantastic! It just works! We have tried a number of other software that the algorithms just were not up to par and letting through fraudulent orders and holding high #s of orders that were not actual fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a faster way to whitelist the order/customers when they reach out to us due to being blocked. Right now has to be donet through email and about a 24 hour turn around which is hard when customers are already upset

Following procedure, seems like the reps do not follow the email request we made when they send a follow up.

Less and less chargebacks occurring since we've made the switch.

Would advise that it really does help, especially if your business is in the market of providing a product to others that may be sketch.
Fast turnaround on gift card purchase inquiries.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that when submitting additional information for review of a gift card order we get a response immediately, and when the additional information doesn't give us an approval the help tool reviews the order and there is a decision within a couple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, I cannot say that there is anything that I dislike as Riskified helps us in processing legitimate retail gift card orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approvals and denials for retail gift card orders in small and large amounts.

Has the best turnaround and can save you lots of money on fraudulent purchases and is cost effective for larger companies.

The app that let's me sleep at night
What do you like best about the product?
It's almost always on automatic and we don't have to go to an external site to see if the order has been approved or not. If you're using Shopify, Riskified adds nots to the order so we know the status right away. It's almost 100% automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we take phone orders, the app doesn't always recognize the difference between our location and the customer's location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to do a lot of manual fraud checks since Riskified does mot of the work for us.
Great support for fraud prevention
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very organized, streamlined and easy to use. Lots of detailed insights if you wish to dig deeper. See your order approvals and cancellations at a glance in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is sometimes a lag in response most likely due to varying time zones. But, Riskified support has improved a lot over the years and the support is getting quicker all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weeding out fraudulent orders. One of the best benefits is being able to keep track of fraudulent chargebacks.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified's automated means of screening orders. The algorithm used is very reliable in helping determine which orders are valid
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if Riskified paid via PayPal or CC or wire for any chargebacks reimbursed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified essentially is like having an enhanced order review department. It is allowing us to review and audit orders without having the burden of additional staff handling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Any SMB or even enterprise company considering Riskified would have to already have or be considering having an order approval department to validate the legitimacy of orders. Having a staff that manually verifies orders is one thing, but when you have an automated tool that can mitigate the burden of additional staff and space, it's a huge plus.
Excellent service and security!
What do you like best about the product?
We no longer have to worry if an order is going to be charged back or not. even payments that our payment service approves as low risk are caught by Riskified! Highly recommend them. The dashboard is eay to use and the ability to view past transactions is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like about them. If you have a question about a declined order, they answer right back, and will work with you. Sometimes the support response takes a longer than we would like, but they do get back to you as quick as they can

Before riskied we got burned on a few orders. In three years with them, its never happened again!
