Great support for fraud prevention
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very organized, streamlined and easy to use. Lots of detailed insights if you wish to dig deeper. See your order approvals and cancellations at a glance in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is sometimes a lag in response most likely due to varying time zones. But, Riskified support has improved a lot over the years and the support is getting quicker all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weeding out fraudulent orders. One of the best benefits is being able to keep track of fraudulent chargebacks.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified's automated means of screening orders. The algorithm used is very reliable in helping determine which orders are valid
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if Riskified paid via PayPal or CC or wire for any chargebacks reimbursed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified essentially is like having an enhanced order review department. It is allowing us to review and audit orders without having the burden of additional staff handling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Any SMB or even enterprise company considering Riskified would have to already have or be considering having an order approval department to validate the legitimacy of orders. Having a staff that manually verifies orders is one thing, but when you have an automated tool that can mitigate the burden of additional staff and space, it's a huge plus.
Excellent service and security!
What do you like best about the product?
We no longer have to worry if an order is going to be charged back or not. even payments that our payment service approves as low risk are caught by Riskified! Highly recommend them. The dashboard is eay to use and the ability to view past transactions is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like about them. If you have a question about a declined order, they answer right back, and will work with you. Sometimes the support response takes a longer than we would like, but they do get back to you as quick as they can

Before riskied we got burned on a few orders. In three years with them, its never happened again!

You can exclude PayPal orders if you want to avoid the fees, and if you qualify for PayPal seller protection,

There is not much I dislike about Riskified.

Instant Fraud Review saves us money from costs, but a bigger impact is our labor costs decreasing.

Best fraud prevention platform I have tried so far
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several fraud prevention tools over the years and Riskified is by far the best tool in the market. Identify fraudulent transactions with a great precision almost instantly and it is easy for all agents to understand the dashboard with the reasons of declined or approval.
Customer service is also great and they are quick to solve your questions and also to advice regarding suspicious transactions.
The chargeback representation service makes our life very easy as with a few information we pass to Riskified they manage to represent the case against the credit cards/banks

What do you dislike about the product?
Platform can take a while to learn the fraud patterns of your customers so you might want to time wisely the the launch on your company (avoid tricky periods otherwise you will have some extra orders cancelled)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving a lot of time and money in fraud controls as the team can use their time to do other valuable activities instead of spending multiple hours a day analysis frauds manually. It is very accurate so we have decreased considerable the chargeback rate without having to sacrifice business
Great experience with a couple of areas to improve
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the best is that it is very easy to use. The tool has a great overview of your transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawback from my side is that you cannot see the overview of all of your accounts at the same time. That makes it quite difficult to get the overall picture of your business in one graph. Besides, in order for the tool to work better, I would recommend to add some explanations of the terms used. For example, for me it took some time to understand the difference between cancelled and rejected orders. A litte questionmark vould be added, where it would be explained what kind of orders are marked as accepted, cancelled and rejected.

Reducing risk related to fraud. Decrease in manpower since you do not need any manual review of the orders.

I think it is a great tool for automated fraud detection and protection.

Their customer service and their ability to adapt to your needs as a business. They love feedback and they are very quick to reply. It works very well and it gives us peace of mind.

Nothing. Now I don't have to manually review and assess risk on each and every one of our orders.

We are saving time and money and now that Riskified is doing all of the work we are able to be more productive in other areas of business growth because the stakeholders do not need to spend any time analyzing the risk level of incoming e-commerce orders.

If you want protection from scammers and fraudsters but don't have the tools or expertise to make a proper decision, if you don't want to lose sales because you are just unsure if some orders could be fraudulent, or if you want to save time and be more productive then you need to get Riskified. Even if you already have another product you should talk to the friendly people at Riskified to learn how they can improve your current process and improve your sales.
