The account executive is very dedicated and engaged
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the close relationship with the account executive who tries to understand the particularities of the company, sector and country. Compared to the competitor we use in part of the operation (Clearsale) this point of quality is very similar as both companies offer excellent local service
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that they did not want to include a flow of manual validations of orders with a data verification team, seeking a path fully automated by artificial intelligence that will not always be able to map the real risk of operations

Riskified helps me analyze fraud in orders on my marketplace channel. The main benefit is the attempt to improve the identification of fraud patterns, but still leaving something to be desired in the understanding of the particularities of the operation and country

the platform feels a bit awkward. Sometimes feels like there is maintenance going on that affects certain aspects like loading certain screens

Riskified is a secure platform, we have obtained quick responses and solutions when submitting claims and reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the compatibility with PayPal is not very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses Riskified to resolve potential chargebacks and fraud. It makes us feel safe when making payments in different places because we can request refunds in case of chargeback fraud. It is compatible with different platforms, including payment gateways such as Stripe and Deco, which allows us to carry out secure transactions.
I enjoy using it. It definitely helps when trying to void fraud orders.

I like seeing previous declines as well as IP locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if someone is using a reshipping address that has been black listed, and if they put a slight change to it like adding "unit 215" it goes through.

I solve fraud orders. There are many benefits to using Riskified. It helps prevent fraud orders going through.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use! It shows all pertinent information right where I need it, and it's easy to filter through the thousands of orders to see general trends within our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not understanding why some orders with multiple "red flags" are accepted/approved by Riskified, and some orders that are declined will have full AVS match, no noticeable red flags, and the Riskified reason is ONLY something simple, like "email syntax." That doesn't make sense to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're lowering the risks accepted by our business for fraudulent orders. This also gives peace of mind to our Customer Service team, who's more confident in accepting orders over the phone. If it's not great, Riski has our back and will decline the order!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have never had to really think about it, I don't see any downsides! All companies should be using software like this, and the more companies on Riskified, the better! Growing databases of order references will only help everyone!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Riskified tells you exactly why orders have been declined, and it explains if the same person has been recognized from a different organization previously and in what category.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system will not recognize the order number that we search, so we have to use an email address or other parameter to find the interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to make sure that we don't have orders that are potential fraud orders sneaking through our system.

It's a good option when you're doing a lot of business and automating responses.

What do you like best about the product?
The partnership you create with your account manager. They are always there when you need them. My AM is always checking in and working with us to increase our approval rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many things to dislike. I would say maybe some more reporting features in the web app. They have a lot of data and will still provide it but you need to ask for it. It's not readily available in the web app but I have asked and received it from my AM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing our manual review work load and increasing sales by reducing false positives. I think the best benefit is realizing that LP doesn't have to always hinder sales but can actually generate revenue with Riskified help of the many products they offer.
