Absolute Game-Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Riskified simplifies and accelerates our order processing flow. It allows us to accept incoming orders much more efficiently and with confidence. Prior to implementing Riskified into our toolset, we spent a lot of time checking and verifying client information, payment information and order contents so we could make an informed decision on the veracity of the information and decide whether or not to accept the order.
We have been using Riskified for several years now, and I feel they are truly unequalled in their space. We are now able to utilize our time offering our clients top tier support rather than spend our time investigating them! In addition to this, the Rikified team are fantastic partners. They are responsive and supportive whenever we've had to reach out to them.
in short, adding Riskified to your flow is a complete game changer and I highly recommend the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that at first Riskified was sometimes a bit too sensitive and would sometimes reject orders which should be covered, without providing sufficient reasons as to why. That being said, I've noticed that over time, and after sufficient analysis of the feedback we provide in each case, the system has dramatically improved each year and now we have a near perfect approval rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to allow Riskified to handle accepting many of our incoming orders, thus freeing up our human agents to attend to other tasks while the orders are fed directly to our warehouse for processing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, you won't regret it.
It has releved a lot of manual work on the Ticket Evoltion's end.

The quick review process and the great support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The algorithm seems a bit strict and does not seem adjustable to different industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A reduction in personnel and a great fraud tool to provide out clients.

The linking tool has saved me a lot of time and effort on preventing fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, what I dislike the most is the Geos map. It just shows a Google map of the entire US, without any specifics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly work on Lost package claims and after using Riskified, it's easier to find repeat offenders.

Orders are release fast, the accuracy, your efficiency

Would like a better process to challenge a decision for our customers complaint

Faster resolution time, able to ship ecom orders faster

What do you like best about the product?
We used to spend hours a week handling fraud issues. It was in the end cheaper to just do charge backs on everything. Riskified has more or less removed all charge backs and the number of orders that are stopped by the fraud filter are minimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The charge back process are a little bit annoying but compared to what we did before its much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not needing to have a dedicated person handling frauds and the increase of the real conversion rate has payed for this many times over.
Solid fraud protection for your company
What do you like best about the product?
Riskified provides really great intelligent fraud protection services and has been reliable for the existence of our relationship. Their interface is easy to use as a method to provide fraud responses and submissions of chargebacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their algorithm is hard to change if exceptions need to be made so work around had to be created on our end. The interface is still immature as a young company and thus could be enhanced to be more professional looking. Additionally, they could provide black list and white list capabilities so that we can ensure certain customers are able to do what they need to do. Also, the process for chargeback submission could be better handled - it currently feels clunky and the interface to manage isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified covers our company for risk and fraud monitoring and they have delivered on that capability. This protects us from fraudulent customers and helps us spend time in areas where we have more expertise.

Definitely recommended.
Powerful tool, easy implementation and great service
What do you like best about the product?
it's highly effective, easy to use and the Riskified team offer a great service and tailor their solution to their customer's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their decisioning process is on point but the reason given on declines are always somewhat vague and open to interpretation. It would be nice to have more details on declines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing frauds overall costs and lower fraud rate
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The select and submit plan should only be considered if you have a strong fraud prevention expertise, it's really easy to submit over the costs of a total plan.

Responsiveness, accoutnabillity, business intelligence, flexibility in search of solutions, personal contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent' had any negative experiences as of yet.

Do I have to fill this out? :) No real downside here. Maybe just continue to focus on product related initiatives!

Painless risk management
What do you like best about the product?
Submitting information on a chargeback is super simple and intuitive. The functionality to submit information directly in their interface or through the APIs is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic reporting can only be run internally and emailed across which can cause delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for international fraud, and because of Riskified's coverage, we've been able to improve our accept rates globally.
