Riskified as a fraud detection tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the account managers are responsive to client needs and the technology that Riskified is using is new to the market. The fact that they take full responsibility on chargebacks for approved orders is a welcome benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the webapp, I wish it had more information and flexibility. Riskified is a relatively new compay in the fraud space so they are still learning what works for the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified solves the problem of responsiveness to fraud trends, their model works

Riskified is a great tool that can make a difference! Their ability to quickly adapt to the changing fraud landscape makes them one of the best in the business.
Quick, reliable reviews with fast customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Riskified as a whole does what it promises and provides fast reliable reviewing. They are also very quick with responding to any enquiries and provide fast reimbursement for chargebacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Find a high number of false positives which could be quickly identified. Particularly around email names. Due to the machine learning when tricked a large number of fraudulent orders can be pushed through quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a fast reliable fraud decision making system. The ability to handle volume quickly and to ensure that our payments are process near instantaneously. The portals's ability to sort data (though I think more could be done) is also extremely helpful when reviewing our fraud metrics.

The WEB API is wonderful and allow to check fastly what is needed.
Also SW documentation is done well.

the only real problem that I have found is the missing of one "readOrder API"

With riskied is possible to disable 3d protocols, so conversion rate is increased

It's a game changer, it's a great team, they are professional

Friday not so available, and NY team is on a different timezone, so they can not always cover.

After the fixes made to the algorithm its Riskified is working great

I like the attention that Teressa provide us, she is very responsive to our needs. I also like that fact that the service protects us from fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at the moment that I dislike but before the changes took place we lost a lot of potential new customers because of the stringent guidelines.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of use and knowing we can put our faith in them to handle all our fraud issues and concerns. Being able to set them up and let them take care of it without us having to spend time every week concerned and dealing with fraud is crucial to the success we've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to whitelist customers whom we confirm are not fraud on our end, currently, we have to contact CS to get a customer whitelisted for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving our risk management issues with our website which has been a very costly aspect of our direct business before launching with Riskified. We can now leave the work to their platform and not spend time managing it, while also knowing it is being taken care of the right way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a platform you can setup and let take care of your risk management without having to worry about productivity, this is a great option.

What do you like best about the product?
They have been extremely helpful towards our business. They are currently our main risk prevention partner. They have provided excellent service in managing our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any concerns with the platform. As far as risk prevention goes, they are the best choice.

They manage our transactions preventing fraudulent customers in our marketplace.

We have sampled other risk prevention partners and they are by far the best platform.
Great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Riskified provides excellent customer service. Their staff is knowledgeable, polite, and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their service is occasionally less stable than we would like resulting in declined transactions. However, this is in part because of the implementation decisions we have made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were experiencing a large amount of fraud and were being penalized by card companies. Riskified has allowed us to take more risk with less fear.
