This technology is extremely efficient, timely, and helpful for my daily duties.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the system's speed, so I can make decisions promptly, since there are dozens of situations to review each day. Even the review process is extremely quick, so that I can come back to it after a short time and get a verdict. Riskified also allows me to make an extra submission for further review, and that is useful. Furthermore, it is easy to use, and I can train new team members on how to use it within a short amount of time. The customizable email notifications are helpful. I like the ability to form quantifiable reports from its data, and that is very useful for creating new internal strategies and Loss Prevention, as our teams can assess and compare data from different regions and countries. One of the best things is that if a transaction somehow passes Riskified but is actually fraudulent, Riskified has our company covered towards presenting evidence for a reimbursement. All of it makes us feel secure and protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use multiple aspects of it each day, and I have not found anything to dislike about it yet. That makes this technology extremely valuable because many others are full of glitches and systematic hiccups. This is smooth and professional!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it prevents fraudsters from causing revenue/product loss for our company. Consequently, that saves us from having to make Lost Package claims. It also stops schemers who might initiate chargeback scams. All of that allows us to save time and apply it in other valuable ways within or organization. The less scams and claims that we must submit also streamlines our interactions with shippers and couriers, so the assistance is exponential to them, too. Riskified's algorithms notice a wide spectrum of factors, and it researches them with thoroughness and promptness.

What do you like best about the product?
As said in the title, we're talking about the best anti-fraud solution you can find on the market, quick with the decisions and reliable thanks to their powerful AI.

They have a great team that is capable to realise a great product (I had the possibility to look behind the curtains of their work and I was really amazed by the effort put in developing their tool).
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We fighting fraudsters reducing the risk (and costs) taken by our company (e-commerce)

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very useful, API's are easy to use and setup, the responsiveness of our account rep is amazing. Whenever we need an account setup, she get's back to us with the account information within a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the 'Testing' phase for our order processing takes longer than we'd like. Our developers every once in a while have some issues making sure the complexity

Avoiding Fraudulent orders and stopping us from eating chargeback costs

Good software for fraud management - a lot to build on

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the product offering, with 4-5 simple products to use. The reactiveness of Riskified teams: engineering, account managers, etc.

The effectiveness of the product: it just works, it does not require heavy maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard: it is too simple, no KPIs. We need you to make sense of all of the data that you collect, to give us insights, ideas for improvements, etc.
The API documentation: way too complicated. Take a look at Stripe to have best in class example
There are no mobile SDKs, yet more than 50% of ecommerce is mobile in some countries.
The pricing model: not transparent enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Less fraud FTEs
- Easier payments fraud management
- Saving money on disputing chargebacks
- Securing the login steps on our apps/website
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good company to work with if you're an ecommerce looking to invest some money in fighting fraud, but arent thinking of hiring a full team

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Riskifified makes it easy to check potential fraud orders and it shows a history if there are past declined orders for the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it kicks you off every 15 minutes. It would be convenient to stay signed in as long as I have the browser open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified makes it easy to catch fraudulent orders and cancel them before they process/ ship.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy way to catch Fraud orders and potential spammers. Using their address and phone number from their order, you can submit their information for a second view via Riskified.
