A Good Choice for Outsourced Review

What do you like best about the product?
Obviously, the best two factors of Riskified are the chargeback guarantee, and the lack of involvement necessary. The chargeback guarantee means that any order approved by the service has no liability. This is particularly beneficial in using Riskified as a secondary vendor to a manual review tool, as they can "rescue" orders and increase sales with no fraud risk. The second factor around the lack of team means that adding Riskified--either as a primary or secondary vendor--involves none of the pain points that can come with growing a team such as hiring, training, and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Riskified is that cost associated with the service for certain types of transactions. Depending on your risk profile, it is possibly 90% or more of the transactions coming through your platform can be resolved with almost no chance of fraud. In that case, it can be difficult to justify paying the cost of Riskified's service (as opposed to a manual review tool) for comparatively low-risk, since the chance you will benefit from the chargeback guarantee on these orders is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Riskified, we are able to both handle orders which might otherwise sit in our queue past their potential "expiration date," and have them resolved regardless of the schedule of team members working. Additionally, using Riskified as a "secondary" vendor for the majority of our transactions allows us to see the benefits mentioned above of "saving" transactions without taking on the liability risk after an agent has manually declined them.

Awesome Product

What do you like best about the product?
I love their personal and quick service, I have seen them going beyond and above to help us and always willing to do something for their customers. They are very helpful when we try to verify additional information regarding chargebacks and KPIs.
If we need reports or follow-ups they provide them accurately and the customer service team always replies quickly and resolving my issues.
They really help us get the proper information to be able to make the best-oriented decisions to reach our goals and also protect the company from fraudulent attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must say that in my position and line of work I have no complaints about them. I do not work with other companies similar to Riskified to be able to compare. For the needs that I have they cover them up very well.
I must say that even when I had reviewed other vendors just to better understand the market and what they can offer to us, I have never seen one that fits so well to our company's needs and requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud secureness, KPI's, and be able to know you work with a team that does what they can to help you every time.
They help me with reports, they help me. to give follow-up to the fraudulent chargebacks and they always provide accurate information regarding the status of the disputes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! chat with them, very likely you will love to work with them.

You will be able to get many different options and at a good rate from Riskified.
They are very flexible and easy-going without losing the importance of the work that they are doing. They will really look for ways to help you and fulfill your needs and your company needs to help you get accurate information so you can make the best decisions

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified can adapt to our specific usecases and customers to detect fraudulent transactions. UI and integration is simple but do the job for our fraud analysts. Riskified decreased our chargebacks and risks for years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
We started to expand our business to Asia and unfortunately decision from Riskified seems a bit random from customers in APAC, maybe related to chinese or japanese characters and email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've reduced our backlog in Fraud Manual Review and we can also rely on Riskified to cover our loss in case of chargebacks

What do you like best about the product?
Very open-minded business to work with, take feedback and constantly improving
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I still feel there is a gap to fill as they appears to see something we dont.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was with the business when we were still using stone-age fraud rules and manual order review for fraud detection. Transit to a machine-learning mechanism has taken lots of manual work, which spare us more time to other works

What do you like best about the product?
The insurance getting paid if charge back. We did get good support during implementation/migration to our new ecom platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The api/integration docs could be improved in order for a smother integration, the support helped out but it was not very clear which fields should be populated with what.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified's technology is easy to understand and evaluates fraud quickly to minimize impact to downstream operations (collecting funds, shipping orders, etc).

Riskified's customer support team is responsive, friendly and they are experts in the space! Very comfortable talking through complex use cases and adjusting according to business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to find total counts for timeframes, within the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the need to manually evaluate fraud. Reduce chargeback expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is interactive and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just implemented last month and I haven't found any yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detect fraud bookings with Riskified. It will improve the overall approval ratio and cover the fraud loss as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's quite useful and merchants can feel safer about their fraud loss.

What do you like best about the product?
Attentiveness to concerns and they're responsiveness. Tech support always available and our account rep is never far to get in touch with. They might not or mention a specific tech support window but in fact really in our experience it has been 24/7. Product dashboard to monitor SLA and KPIs are easy to understand and use. Thus far with the relationship, we have been asked to review current product for further improvements as well test drive new products.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there are no dislikes as they have been really open to concepts and adjusting the product to fit our needs. They willingness and openness to making things work for their client and how their client operates in their respective space. Not all merchant operations are the same as well the landscaping they operate in. So have a product or products available and altered to fit the merchant is a rare feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizing friction on customer facing verification options. Increasing our acceptance while reducing fraud and improving our customers overall experience. Since having Riskified enabled in our processing flow and checks, their product has become an essential part of our day to day operations and maintaining the high service levels that our customer have come to expect and enjoy while shopping on our site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review all of their products as they will have a product or products that will fit your need. They are willing to even work on creating or altering existing product to meet the clients needs.
